I bought a watch on 24th November, 2020. Today it’s 12th December. It’s been 18 days and I still have no idea where my watch is. I was provided with a tracking number that does not work because there’s no record of the package up till now. I was told on 1st December that the tracking number will start working within this week and 12 days have passed since then. I contacted them again after a few days and at least another week has passed and I have not heard back from them yet. So all in all 0/10. Poor service. Avoid if you can and spend the extra money somewhere else with better service trust me it will be worth it.

Dear Buyer, Your order was shipped on the same day as your order Nov 24 and shipping label from Royal Mail can be provided. As you may be aware delays are inevitable due to the covid-19 pandemic and restrictions have been put in place in our country as well as in the UK. Your item was stuck at customs and awaiting clearance and tracking normally only shows once item has cleared customs. All of these are beyond our control and due to the pandemic we cannot be certain of parcel clearance. All emails are replied to (kindly please check your spam folder), please also note that we are not at the office in the weekends. Your payment is already refunded via PayPal, even though it has only been 18 days as you have mentioned. Worst experience ever. The item went to the wrong place. It even went to other city. And the customer service didn't worked although it is working time. And the dilivery took about one month. To the wrong place.

Fantastic service from the start, answered all my questions within a few hours before buying the watch, very fast shipping (I chose fast shipping since this was an expensive watch and didn't want to risk the free option). So really nothing negative to say on the service. Watch arrived well packed and no Australian duty was charged as mentioned in the advert which was also confirmed before buying. Duty Free Island Genie
Duty free island and I have been friends for quite a while now! I'm sitting next to 6 Eco-Drive watches and 1 on my wrist, that I alternate with every couple of days.
Always been impressed with the selection and the quick delivery of any watch I've ordered even though I'm sure I'm on the opposite side of the world to them.
The prices are probably the best in the business because I can't pass a watch in a store without stopping and taking a look and comparing prices and style.
If you have a "Watch Wish" then "Duty Free Island" is the genie on-line!

I purchased a new Citizen watch model BL8148-11H. It is an excellent product, totally original and it looks really great. My watch arrived completely fine although it took a long time to arrive but it was because of the post service. I totally recommend Duty-free Island and in future I will buy more watches. Thank you.
