Each purchase was quick, simple and ended with receiving my order in Sydney, Australia, within 2 weeks of ordering (except the most recent one, due to domestic postal delays because of Covid19). Every item arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and in its original box (as requested), and with all tags attached, telling me the items are brand new and genuine (Citizen) watches. The website listings are clear, accurate and exactly describe the items, as you would want when buying online. Due to the covid´s time there was a delay but finally I have just received my Orient Ray II FAA02005D9. The Dutyfreeisland´service was very nice and the watch is nice and I am going to confirm the that this caliber F69 is the same level or better than of my Seiko with caliber 4R36.

I bought a Citizen Eco Divemaster watch from these guys - it arrived quicker than they said (under 1 week), was absolutely perfect with guarantee, manual, box as expected. They give clear guidance also on what to do if you have a problem. WAY cheaper than anyone else by a good 40%. Cannot praise highly enough.

Found the watch I wanted for around £200 cheaper than anywhere else. Suspected too good to be true and saw was based in Hong Kong so researched the company and found almost universally excellent reviews both here and elsewhere. I therefore placed the order which arrived in 5 days, which was actually quicker than the indicated 6-10 days. Watch in original box and packaging. Absolutely no doubt it is authentic. Could not be happier with the ease of ordering, email dispatch notifications and speed of international delivery, and of course very happy with the significant cost saving.
