I recently ordered three watches from Dutyfreeisland and two I received that were defective. The seller was too inflexible and uncooperative and did not offer a fair partial refund on one of the watches. The other watch I received with some scratches on the bracelet and the seller ignored my request for a partial refund. To ignore and disrespect a customer and behave in a partial or dictatorial manner is a crime because I have been a loyal customer who has purchased several watches from Dutyfreeisland.

We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the resolution that was offered to you.
Our numerous wholesalers and resellers that have been consistently buying from us on a monthly if not weekly basis knows that a full refund is offered upon item return.
Partial refunds are only offered depending on the defect. Which is why we normally asks for photos or short videos so we can assess the matter. Our decision is not just based on the defect but also the brand. In some cases we have to return defective item to the manufacturer as this is unacceptable and so we asks buyers to please return the item so that we can also return it.
