I bought a pair of rayban and returned it due to the style being unsuitable. The product was genuine, brand new, beautiful, well packaged, and arrived in Australia in less than two weeks during the Covid-19 crisis which i thought was excellent. Returning the item took almost 4 weeks for Dutyfreeisland to receive due to delay by Australia's outgoing mail but they didn't mind the delay. Communications with Dutyfreeisland during the return process was excellent and money was refunded promptly considering the crisis. Overall it took about 8 weeks from the day the order was placed, returned, till the day the money was refunded but that was nobody's fault.
One thing to note is their email system always put your message in the Junk box so i would recommend using their online/offline Chat to communicate about your product return process.
Overall, i could see Dutyfeeisland carried genuine products and tried their best to provide the best service to their customers so there wasn't much more i could have asked for. I do not hesitate to give them a 5 stars review and will buy from them again in the future.

The whole experience of dealing with Dutyfreeislandshop is easy, informative, and the prices are very keen. I ordered a Citizen watch (AT8156-87A Eco Drive). This particular model can be difficult to locate through other sources, but Dutyfreeislandshop kept me informed regarding availability, and when it was in stock they advised me immediately. The price from them was better than I expected and the delivery was fast, even with Covid-19 slowing couriers worldwide.
