The order was never delivered. When I inquired via email, I was assured that it would be processed that day. Days later I inquired again and received no response. I am still waiting for my order and have received zero updates. Is it actually out of stock or on back order? Why haven’t I heard anything?
21/8/26 **Editing because I finally received a refund. They responded after seeing my review. Long story short, the product was sold out but was still advertised as available on the website. Disappointing, but it happens. Unfortunately I still had to reach out multiple times for updates, and each response was met with apologies and a request to remove my review. After nearly a month of waiting, my refund was granted. If communication was consistent from the start, there would have been no reason for a poor review.
