James Myers phoned me a few minutes after. He confidently expanded on the details of the course, how E-careers can support me, and answered all of my queries I had in relation to the Level 4, and different careers paths that I could take from this course.

Good help from the support desk
I needed help to sign up/register with the AAT as the instructions on the email were not clear. Piyush at the help centre was very knowledgeable and solved my query quickly and followed step by step with me.
I also had to ask for a VAT invoice which I thought was a bit strange as I would expect that as an accounting training course that a VAT invoice should be available without having to contact e-careers for it. Piyush also said he would arrange this although he was going to have to request it so I haven't received yet.
