Customer service do not get back to you
Placed an order on the 6th of January 2025, still have not received my vapes. Have rung them and left messages, have e-mailed them, have had no reply, no vapes and no refund. Todays date it 30th of January 2025. Very disapointed and out of pocket. Cant believe nobody has got back to me!
Atrocious
Atrocious store in Wallasey with nasty unkind staff. Racist treatment of foreign customers. Absolutely no customer service or professionalism training! The director Darren Mason is a pompous and condescending man that does not care about racism in his stores, nor does he care about the sale of low quality liquids nearing their expiry and potentially causing his customers harm. Do not shop here if you care about your health and do not give these corrupt people your money!
Great customer service
I ordered twice and received my order wrong. After the first time I already reached out the customer service,where Hannah promised the next order they send an extra liquid due to my issue. The second order was wrong again,so reached out Hannah and I got £10 off what I couldn’t use due website issues. However she packed extra liquids,she packed my order herself and I received it within 48 hours. The warehouse was experiencing some problems,but the fact they take my small orders seriously and sorted my issues quickly earned them 4stars.
Poor customer service
I ordered a few items on the 27/05/23, it said overnight delivery.
After several weeks of not having received the items, I emailed the company. There was no reply. I called the number on the order form, there was an answering machine and again, no one called me back.
After I wrote a review here, I finally received an email. It said that they had replied to me and that my items had been delivered to a shop nearby as requested by me.
I checked again my emails and SPAM, no emails from them before this one. I also checked the order form and the indicated delivery address was my home address, no shop.
In any case, I went to the shop. They didn' t have my parcel. I contacted e-vapes again and they said that my parcel had been lost by the shop keeper.
I've received my parcel today 03/07/23.
