All in all my experience was good
All in all my experience was good. One thing I didn't like was that it didn't say when ordering how long it would take to arrive and there was no information on the website. I did contact customer service about this and pointed out that the information is missing on the website. By the time they replied I already got a shipping notification with estimated delivery date by email, so it does go quickly. Costumer service said they forwarded the issue about missing information on the website, so hopefully this has been changed now.

Sleeping in a cloud…
Bought a new 10.5 tog duvet and loved it so much, we bought another one for our son. We are all sleeping so well and it really does feel like you are sleeping in a cloud (guilt free) Love it!

Phantastic ethical product
I ordered a single duvet that arrived quickly in a very nicely made reusable bag. As this is a guest duvet, I am particularly pleased with this storage option. I love the company’s concept of using recycled feathers as it helps avoid cruel production methods such as life plucking out of the moulting season and instead uses this wonderful existing natural resource. Also love that the product is made in the UK and uses Better Cotton. Thanks for offering something as thought through as this!

Glad I Found Earthkind :)
I've always had feather/down duvets..bought from Charity shops when they could still sell them, washed and cleaned and after seeing the horrendous videos of birds being plucked live and their feathers regrown to pluck again, I thought my feather duvet days were over until I found Earthkind...I ordered the king-size duvet direct from Earthkind and as another reviewer here says it is like sleeping in clouds. Usually my feet remain cold but they warm up straight away and the duvet does seem to be breathable. Lovely quality material . I am recommending to everyone! Thank you for caring about the environment and our fellow creatures :)

Best duvets ever
Best duvets ever! I bought an Earthkind summer duvet earlier in the year, because I wanted one that was recycled, and it is really lovely, soft and fluffy, and keeps me nice and warm but not too hot, it seems somehow breathable not sweaty like other snug duvets. I’ve just got a winter one and it is equally excellent. And now that I’ve got one for both seasons, I also really appreciate the sturdy, recycled storage bags that fit the duvets nicely when not in use.

Quality bedding and eco friendly
I already have a pair of their feather pillows so when I needed a new duvet I wanted one of theirs as the quality is superb. I ordered a king size 13.5tog feather and down and it's beautiful, on offer too. Very warm and snuggly but not heavy and puffed up nicely after a good shake. I wouldn't normally buy feather as it's against my principles but finding a UK company that is reusing what would end up in landfill is great. Thoroughly recommend both the pillows and the duvet and the delivery is quick too!

This is a lovely quality duvet
This is a lovely quality duvet. Although, when I took it out of the bag, I followed instructions in terms of putting it in the tumble dryer and airing it.
But it took several days to dispel the smell the duvet gave off. Not sur what the smell was, but it was rather pungent at first.
