Hassan came to my home in Northampton two years ago to remove wax from both ears. I posted a 5* review as I’ve never had such a professional and caring experience. Everything I said in that review still applies. If you need confirmation of my comments please read some of the reviews posted by many people over the last two years. Bearing this in mind I made an appointment in January 2024 to have wax removed from both ears. The whole experience again was excellent. As I said in my original review: SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST.

I cannot fault the recent experience I had at the Streetly branch. I am a returning customer, and am equally pleased with my second visit as I had been on my first. I booked quickly and easily on the website at a time to suit, and was seen promptly at the time of my appointment. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout the procedure, and my problem is now solved. Thank you again for your help.

Had earwax removed. I went twice, first time my earwax was too hard to remove, and I was advised to use sodium bicarbonate eardrops before my second appointment. Worked fine second time. No extra charge. Note that the Kings Heath branch has moved to Haunch Lane.

Wow. What an excellent experience. Appointment was made and seen within 3 days. The person doing the procedure was so professional and calming. The procedure was painless. Had to go back in 3 days as there was some very stubborn wax. No charge was made for this subsequent visit. When back after the weekend and the receptionist was so kind when I had to keep rescheduling my appointment throughout the day and when I dropped in to say thank you she fitted me in there and then. The whole experience was so efficient and the treatment so effective. Would highly recommend this business in Haunch Lane Billesley Birmingham.

Mr Karim at Earwax Specialists is the only person I will see for my ears, having been to others before. He has a lovely manner and makes you feel very calm and relaxed as well as talking you through everything that’s happening. He always has time to answer your questions or concerns too. The new premises at Haunch Lane are great… a relaxed yet professional setting. Do hesitate if you’re thinking about booking!

My second visit to Mr Karim at Earwax Specialists. This time at their superb new premises at 310 Haunch Lane B13 0QS. It was all very efficient & prompt, from getting an appointment within just a few days when I rang & spoke to the very pleasant receptionist, through to my actual treatment. Mr Karim has a calm & very pleasant manner & will explain details of the treatment fully before proceeding. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

This was my first appointment . Easily booked and fast appointment availability.

Very efficient from making a phone, getting callback within five minutes and getting an appointment for next day within a few minutes. The audiologist was very pleasant and explained everything and after the procedure showed me the video and explained what had been done and what I can do to keep the ears healthy, very pleased.

It was easy to get an appointment to suit me at this nice new location, now in Haunch Lane, Kings Heath. The staff are all really nice and helpful. Would recommend giving them your custom, now the doctors do not offer this service.

Blocked ear kept me up most of the night. Booked in the morning for a pm appointment. Excellent service.
