I have been going to the kings Heath branch for a few years now and have always had great professional service to unblock one of my ears. Karim always does a great job and I would never go anywhere else. Desk staff/receptionist is also delightfully courteous without being overwhelming. Premises are spotless just go and see for yourself!

My daughter had years of build up and was complaining of pain and blocked ears. Once she had turned five I booked her appointment as the NHS waiting list was too long, we saw Raf and he was so lovely and kept us both at ease. She was so good and he was great with her. Thank you Raf so much I would definitely recommend anyone to come and see you.

A professional and friendly service
After a visit to the Kings Heath clinic, these guys get a big thumbs up from me. From beginning to end the process was smooth. Reminders are sent, communication is great. The staff are polite, informative and reassuring. I wasn't expecting to enjoy having my ear cleaned out, but here we are! I would thoroughly recommend this clinic.

I had had problems with a blocked ear…
I had had problems with a blocked ear for the last 3 weeks. I had a holiday flight so the closer it got the more concerned i became about my ear. After 3 unsuccessful microsuction sessions with another company i made an appointment to see Mr Kazir. He was very reassuring and confident that he could help and he instantly made me feel much better, following the previous attempts. He used water to clear my ear and his camera, reassurance, and professionalism were far superior to the other company. I would definitely use this company again and i think it is especially good for anyone who may feel a bit nervous. I can bow happily get on my flight and have a much more pleasurable holiday with my hearing working fully again.

I first accessed treatment from this company just over 12 months ago and was most impressed with the prompt, caring and professional approach. Wow! All I can say is what a great experience. After suffering with my ear for 2 weeks. I booked a same day appointment with the ever so friendly Jenny. Appointment was in and out within 20 minutes and completely healed. Dr explained everything and showed all the camera footage! Healed in minutes! Thanks so much!
