I have been using Easy Exchange for over 10 years. They have made it so easy for me to transfer money from the UK to South Africa, which I need to do on a monthly basis. The process is easy and straight forward with no surprises.

Having used Easy Exchange's services for a number of years with relatively few problems, I have now lost confidence in ensuring the timely transfer of funds as for the second month in a row, my standing order was not automatically recognised and only actioned following emails to point out the omission - the inability to call to get immediate resolution and having to wait days for a response adding to the frustration. I used Azimo to transfer emergency funds - got a far better rate and the funds reach my beneficiary two days later, a whole week faster than my latest transfer with Easy Exchange.

Good speed of transfer. The only problem was without clicking the box to transfer at £6, now that the transfer has gone through, I'm still not sure how much I was charged.
