Buy at your peril

I ordered stuff 1 June for supposed delivery 4 June. Here I am on 20th with no sign of my goods and no responses to the several e mails I have sent. From the reviews here I can see my experience is typical. Shockingly bad company.

Not recommended, Easylife - Slow delivery, Await Refund of Return

Not recommended - Easylife. Elderly family member ordered item from catalogue/posted payment cheque. Company took money asap but item not having arrived by week four, family member wrote to cancel/request refund. Item then arrived. Posted back paying postage, enclosed another letter to cancel/request refund. AWAIT refund. No reply to online form. Slow to deliver.
Update, July, refund cheque received, thank you, not sure if return postage included though.
(Written hard copy letter to the company may be the way to go as online form or attempts by phone were not fruitful).

This Company Should Be Shut Down

Placed an order for face masks on 15th May and they have still not arrived.
Have emailed the company chasing up the order and then received a reply advising the order was on its way. Was given a tracking number that is absolutely useless as the Hermes website doesn’t recognise it.
I get regular generic emails from this company for items I am not interested in purchasing especially after this experience and to be honest will not be ordering anything from them in the future.
They are a diabolical company to deal with and I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from them not to. There are far better companies than this one out there. It I had a choice I wouldn’t even have given them a 1 star rating.

Terrible company to do business with

Terrible company to do business with, fleecing my 81 year old father for a mail order that he made and was not completed by them. They shipped the wrong goods. My father then complained and then they took even more money from his account but still the goods have not been received.They then charged him for a promotion puzzle book which he never ordered but they sent him.
Stay clear

With reference to order no.11201689.
I have received the order but the goods were not fit for purpose so i intend returning them. You advertise that for £5 you will arrange to have them collected. GREAT.I have contacted your helpline numerous times only to be informed that you are too busy to take any calls or wait in a line of 150+others callers.Have e mailed you several time (7488605) and although you have replied you obviously do not read them. I have left my mobile phone number on these e mails requesting you contact me as getting through to you is impossible. All you say is contact us on the number no one can reach you on. I know we are in difficult times but this is beyond a joke especially as every day you send me a generic email with items to buy.

Shocking Service. Other companies are managing to do better in these times

I ordered masks on May the 8th. 15 th June now and no sign of my order. I managed to speak to an agent who told me new stock came in on 6th June and I would receive order shortly. An email received on 8th June tells me my order is now on the way. The tracking number they have given me with Royal Mail does not exist ( wrong amount of digits). They have taken the money from my account, but still no parcel. Can't get thro to them on the phone. I don't know how they managed the five stars on trust pilot.. Guarantee no more custom for Easylife from me..

Wouldn't even give it one star

Wouldn't even give it one star. Ordered masks six weeks ago- still waiting although they promised 'speedy' delivery. Covid will be a thing of the past, if i ever receive them. Companies like these need to be shut down, as they are still sending out promotional material. Won't reply to emails ( generic response) and don't answer phones. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is non existent. How on earth have they achieved a good star rating on Trustpilot-just read the reviews!

Easylife washable reusable face masks

Easylife washable reusable face masks. Don’t bother for adults - they are too small to be effective - only suitable for children. Don’t cover like the advert in the Daily Mail. Waited about a month for delivery with repeated delivery dates - not one being advised. Received a call for survey, after delivery, with first question “do you drive”, what this has to do with the product or service I don’t know, therefore didn’t continue with survey.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

Worst company I've ever dealt with. My first order was a joke. My second still hasn't arrived being 4 weeks late. They don't answer the phone and send out standard emails. I will never use this company again.

DANGER Stay away Do not buy Do not even look.

Please check your Mother or Father doesn't have an easy life catalogue,throw them away and keep throwing them away because they will keep sending them even if you ask them not to.They pray on the elderly,people like my Mother who during lock down received a catalogue and placed an order without me knowing.She unfortunately has passed away, not that she would have kept the items ordered they are useless and very poor quality .So I have been trying to get a refund for 7 weeks now if you read the other reviews you know about the lack of response to emails and the 100 plus queue for a phone call.This is a company from hell ,they will use you,frustrate you and grind you down to the point where you have had enough ,So you don't pursue the refund,that's the con. Other companies will automatically refund you once the items are returned not easy life you chase and chase and they delay and stall and blame the post,or covid 19 ,Iv'e heard them all ,Always too busy whenever you call,the email team has gone home,reduced working hours,unable to locate parcel .I don't know how this company is still trading in our country given the rules you have to abide to.I hope somebody has the legal connections to do something about it.They are worse than any cowboy builder or rogue trader from TV .

Don’t bother.

I made the mistake of trying to order 3 items from their awful website. 20 minutes of my life wasted. The system timed out on every activity, most notably when I tried to input a promo code ( I wonder why that could be?) If they are trying to compete with Amazon......or any reasonable on line seller, they have got a major problem. Avoid at all costs.

I would give them 0 star. 2 years ago I ordered goods ended up phoning them because of very late delivery. The goods were and are OK Never again I decided but I am still sent their catalogue.On the 17th May (their recods show) I ordered 3 items with differing delivery dates. Promised delivery 21/05/20, 29/05/20 & 22/06/20. After 45 minutes on the customer service I was told I did not understand their system. In fact all items would not be delivered until 22/06/20. I told them to cancel the order. During the 45 minutes waiting I had checked and Amozon would deliver much more quickly for a similar price. They are now with them. The now urgent one is promised by 9pm tonight.

Two items delivered of 11 items ordered at the beginning of may

I ordered 11 items at the beginning of may and had received nothing so far. It seems that they are holding onto all the items until they are all in stock. However, the final item now has an in stock date of August. I sent them an email last night to say I wanted all the items they have in stock delivered soon. They have delivered one item and cannot get through to their customer service - they were so busy the system didn't even let you get into a queue. Never answer emails.
I did previously order a step-ladder which although it took quite a while for delivery was delivered and is good quality. Not quite sure how trustpilot have a 2 star rating for them when everyone's review is one star.
After covid-19, we will remember those companies who stepped up to the mark and made our lives easier and those who frustrated us through their incompetence or lack of customer consideration.
One more item delivered even after contacting the ceo - greg at easylifegroup.com - absolutely disgusted with their appalling service

Very poor service (if you can it…

Very poor service (if you can it service) from this company products ordered 2nd May received conformation e-mail with ETA of 7thMay we are now at 26 th May still waiting have tried ringing customer services nearest I got to speak to someone Iwas number 84 on the phone to be answered ,sent -mail surprise surprise no response to that ,will not use this company avoid at all costs

Bought a delux jigsaw puzzle board with…

Bought a delux jigsaw puzzle board with pull out draws which stated that it would be bigger enough for 1500 piece puzzles, oh how wrong that they are, it’s not big enough at all so I’m stuck with it now. Terrible quality also. I’d had it over a month before I tried it used it so can’t send it back
