I really enjoyed our guide. She was friendly, informative and pleasant. Tour left right on time and we literally skipped the line and had our freedom to explore at will. Would definitely recommend accessing the Eiffel Tower with Easy Pass Tours.

The Easy Pass Tours website is totally user friendly, and gives you the right information you seek. It's an excellent website and I recommend using it to get a faster and stress free tour reservations.

signed up for the Skip the Line Eiffel Tower tour today, and the sign-up was so easy! Other sites for other venues have not been so easy. If the on-site registration and the tour itself goes as indicated, this is a winner! Excited to see.

We booked the Versailles half day tour. Juan Carlos from Spain was our guide but extremely knowledgeable about Versailles and France in general. He was well organized, courteous, and all went smoothly.

It was nice that he took us around the gardens at Versailles and even got to see the fountain show!

This Easy Pass Tour of the Louvre was easy to book online. I didn't have to print any voucher off which was nice since we were traveling in and out of hotels. I kept the information on my phone, but they had my name down expecting us. The meeting point was easily accessed. The guide was French but spoke English well, was very pleasant, interesting and knowledgable. There were no more than 20 in our group and a second person from Easy Pass was along to facilitate the tour and make sure none of us became lost within the hectic crowds of the museum. The audio receiver worked very well and the ear phone was the most comfortable of any I have used for a tour for this trip. I would definitely use Easy Pass again.

I am hppy you give us "old fogies" time to fill out the online application, but did have to look in my junk file for the receipt--might want to mention that still in the site.

I missed my chance with the narrow window of opportunity to purchase tickets directly for the Eiffel Tower, so I followed the recommendation of Rick Steve's Tours and checked out Easy Pass Tours. I was able to purchase a pair of tickets for an acceptable time. The price was much higher than buying directly, but I really wanted to have this experience. Easy Tours also simplified the process of gaining access to the tower, and allowed us to skip the ticket lines. The Easy Pass office, which was our gathering point, was close to the tower and had a few amenities such as restrooms and bottled water to purchase. A good company!

What an experience! Amazing company would recommend to everyone! Being my dopey self I got the wrong time for the tour but promptly received a call and one of your reps met us by the Eiffel tour so didn't need to venture to the office, our tour guide Sonia could not have been more helpful, accommodating or informative. The was a guy who was rude and wS questioning everything but Sonia handled it really well and made us all feel at ease and she really made out Eiffel experience. Glad we used easy pass tours!

If you are planning on going to the Eiffel Tower, this is the way to do it. Even though there was a strike which delayed us a little (not the company's fault) it was still a great experience. Our guide was fun, energetic, and very knowledgeable of Paris and of course, the tower.

My 2 sisters and I experienced an AWESOME EIFFEL TOWER TOUR thanks to EASY PASS TOURS and Juan Carlos! My 2 sisters and I traveled to Paris last week. My sisters have visited previously but, it was my first trip. My middle sister is a French teacher in Pittsburgh and she loved the information shared during the tour! TOTALLY WORTH IT! Thank you for accomadating us (I missed the email on meeting at your office before the tour!)

I was a little leery about spending almost $65 per person to jump the line at the Eiffel Tower, but after reading (and hearing) so much about the long lines, I decide to do it, to maximize our time in Paris. Overall, I think getting there early might've made the easy pass not as necessary, because you have to wait in the line at the second level anyway. That said, however, I can't recommend this company enough! I also did their Fat Tire Bike Tour and the energy, positivity, accommodating and helpful attitude, along with their staff's exceptional knowledge of the city, made the whole experience completely and totally worthwhile. Whatever you might need to make your visit to Paris a little easier and more fun, please contact this group as they have the knowledge, expertise and attitude to help with whatever you are looking for. It was always an outstandingly positive experience to deal with either office and I can't recommend them highly enough!!

The site was easy to use and the price was good

Prior to our trip to Paris, I went online to find tickets to skip the ticket lines at the Eiffel Tower. I came across Easy Pass Tours. I was able to purchase my tickets and simply take the printout with us to Paris. We met up with our tour group at their office. Our group only had about 15 people in it. We walked about 5-10 minutes to the Tower. We were able to pass long lines of people waiting to purchase their tickets (it appeared to be a good 11/2 to 2 hour wait) and go right to the elevators. We spent approximately 2 hours total with our amazing guide Sarah giving us lots of history and fun facts about the Eiffel Tower. It was worth every penny, and I will definitely use Easy Pass Tours again.

My family and I made our first stop in Paris the Eiffel Tower. With Easy Pass tours, we did not wait in line and had an amazing guide in Justin. Seeing and hearing about various Paris landmarks was a perfect way to begin our stay in the city. Once back on "land" we were able to identify many of the landmarks that we passed by and visited and had a little background knowledge.

My daughter found FTBT on-line and suggested we book a bike tour. Our group of 4 decided to go for it and I booked it on-line before we left for Paris. We booked the 4 hour day bike tour of Paris. We took the Metro to the meeting point and, as promised, there were representatives of the company waiting for us. Everybody spoke English which was a plus! Our tour leader was MAX and he made the trip awesome. FTBT has their stuff together and they know exactly what they are doing. This tour is appropriate for riders of all ages. We were never winded or struggling to keep up. This was a great over-view of the city and such a fun way to see it. I would recommend doing it early in your visit to Paris. We met several other families over the course of the next several days that also loved the night bike tour and the Versailles bike tour. I think next time I go to Paris, I will book the Versailles tour.....great way to see that very sprawling property. I am just home from our week in Paris and have already recommended FTBT to another family that I know is going next month! I really thought the group was great!!!!!
