Pete at Easyswitch has gone above and beyond in helping with the remortgage of my 2 bedroom flat. He contacted and chased (vigorously) the surveyor, management company as well as the fire risk assessor when the bank would not release the value of the property due to an issue with the cladding report. He's also provided great advise on the different options available and the optimum solution. The mortgage offer has finally come through and it is what we were hoping for - thanks to Pete's continuous perseverance. I highly recommend the company especially Pete!
