Why is this in English for a Belgian site?
It's a little bit strange that a Belgian site has to be rated in English. Most Belgians won't write a review, because English is only the third language learned.
Also it took me days to figure out how much luggage I could carry. They could put it in the confirmation mail, or so...

Good website: clear and fluently. Even without the reduction codes prices are very competitive. Good experience! If on my city trip everything is ok with the bookings I made, you deserve 5 stars !

Up to now everything is fine, but we did not start the trip yet. Only tiny, tiny remarque: printing 7 pages just for the reservation code is a bit of a waste...

good BUT!
I am a very loyal customer to ebookers because it is the only website that doesn't add extra fees by the end of tour reservation. .. BUT
i had to exchange my ticket once (took a very long escale by mistake) and i was remboursed for the taxes only! Ok i get it! But why would evookers also take a 25 euros as a cancelation fee!?!?!?!?! Although i am an extremely loyal customer!!

The website is clear and helpfull however the prices of using a credit card a quiet high.

Total amount € 75,06 for Ebookers. but 76,00 euro on my credit card..
Ebookers charcing extra money for tickets.. that is for sure.
Be carefull. Go on the web from airlines that you want to fly with.

You can not able to call or live-chat with Ebookers.
They have absolutely no service too.
Can use their web for finding cheap tickets , go to the website from airlines and buy your ticket from there..

Your flight is with Ryanair and as written on our website during booking, they are the ones that will take the amount of your creditcard directly. The other amount is taken off by us which is creditcard fee and booking costs. The reason there is a 0.90 cents difference is because the money was taken off your card in the local currency, this means there was a minor difference in the exchange rate.
