Located in a great neighborhood! Good quality. Especially for those with a car!

i was not happy that when i got my reciept there was a 54 euro credit card charge from the airline its self, there was no mention of that anywhere, only the 4. 50 euro charge for using mastercard. I would not use this website again to purchase tickets just for that reason of have an extra 54.00 euro charge for using my credit card, when that is they only way of paying when using online services.

I find ebookers to be cost competitive and to offer a more comprehensive range of
alternatives than other travel websites. For my last booking, I erroneously booked an
incorrect flight and had to contact their help service to rectify my error. The agent who
helped me was most helpful, friendly and efficient. Fixing my mistake became a very
pleasant experience. A highly recommended service.

Clear summary what the extra costs could be

In the electronic ticket there is no reference number to do the online check for the flight RIX-BRU 01/12/2013. It is not clear with which airline I should do online check-in - Brussels Airlines or Airbaltic. Tried both but neither did work.

1. Not happy when booking low cost airlines with you - one does not have a choice except for hand luggage, meaning one has to do extra booking with the carrier if wishes to travel with checked luggage ( and this is not explained in advance)
2. The promotion codes are somewhat fake - there is no option to utilize them
3. Otherwise the quality / price ratio of your product is quite satisfactory, the choice of hotels also good.

plse be careful if you book "flight & hotel"
for me only the flight was booked and I had to call ebookers to hear that this is normal
I had to try and book the hotel again with the risque that the price went up
fortunately I got the name of the person who was on the line and could call back if this was indeed so

I like to book with ebookers, it's easy site to handle your bookings with very good low prices, and it 's thrustworty.
Some sites don't have the option to select multiple airports, so this is an advantage for ebookers.

I used the Ebookers app to book hotels only uptill now and I'm really satisfied. It is easy to use, there is a lot of choice and a map to show you where all the hotels are located which is very handy. After making a choice, booking goes very fast. Just fill in all the personal and payment details and you are ready to go. For all the hotels we've been to, the given descriptions in the app were reliable compared with what we experienced in the hotels themselves.

Will not hesitte to use this site as my first choice. Very good service. Good prompt response to emails. Thanks!

According to my experience in travel, my Favourite site is ebookers, they are correct and honest, no extra cost and charges, the published prices are truly available with them, they don't advertise cheap fares to attract you to their site, furthermore you can choose you seat and choose the favourite meal,
It would be nice if they add the English language next to Dutch and French,

I have ordered tickets twice on ebookers and each time I had a full picture of the flights possibilities and prices on different companies at various dates. The payment is easy, the confirmation is immediate, no additional hidden costs. I would recommend it.

I use e Bookers on a very regulars base. What I like about the e Bookers approach is that you know from the first moment you select a flight what your price will be. No surprises. Since I am a regular user I also sometimes have to change my bookings. Here also, I have never had any issues.
