Nothing to complain about this hotel. Perfect service, very spacy rooms with all amenities (washing machine, micro-oven, fully equiped kitchen, separate rooms for children and parents). The perfect suite for a comfortable family stay in Bangkok, at a reasonable price.

I PURCHASED 2 AIR TICKETS VIA EBOOKERS AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED TWICE , NOBODY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND GIVE CUSTOMER SERVCE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND THE PROBLEM .. A BIG ZERO
ALREADY 10 DAYS PASSED RUNNING AFTER EBOOKERS REPRESENTATIVE . THE ONLY ANSWER I GET : ‘Sir we are not responsable” SO WHO IS !!!!! IF EBOOKERS DO THAT TO MAANY CUSTOMERS ON DAILY BASIS ...A VERY GOOD BUSINESS INDEED . A COMPLETE NONSENSE IN WHICH THE CUSTOM FIND HIMSELF HOSTAGE OF A COMPLETE OPAC SYSTEM ...AFTER MY SEARCH CONCLUSIONS ALL PINPOINT ONE RESPONSIBLE BODY : EBOOKERS WHO IS HIDING-HOLDING ILLEGALLY THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY AND GIVE FAULSE RESPONSE THAT CAN BE QUALIFY AS LYES ! THE AGENT IN “COMBAT “ NAME OF “ TRISTAN “ CONDUCT ALL THE MISCONDUCTS MISBEHAVIORS , LYES AND RUSE THAT CAN BE QUALIFIED AFTER RECEIVED ALL PROOFS OF AS : EMBEZZLEMENT - BREACH OF TRUST - OFFENSE AND FRAUD !

Best way to have positive feedback would be to send email in english, or at least in both languages, including FRENCH ! Belgium is also a french speaking country, you know...

I try to book through ebookers to e.g. DAVAO, Philippines, and a couple of times it does indicate that there are no flights on that day or not on that route, then I go to another site, like edreams and the have flights on the exact day.
Also there is a difference in price between the different booking web sites, and ebookers is expensive, compared with the other

The site is very easy to use and it gives you the cheapest possible flight in a matter of seconds, but there are hidden fees when you book your flight. Even though I wasn't surprised that ebookers charged me 17 euros booking fee, I was still surprised because it wasn't mentioned in the grand total. The grand total only mentioned the price of the ticket, taxes and insurance fees. I only realized there were booking fees after I checked my visa bill.
