This is not something that I would normally do, being of an older generation. I am always willing to share my views with friends and family but this is the first time on social media. Nevertheless I have recently had an air source heat pump fitted together with adding a battery to my PV array. The service I received from Ecobubl was excellent - professional, thorough, honest, fit for purpose and in my opinion gives very good value for money. I would certainly use their services again. Martin installed a Daikin Air Source Heat Pump and a Sunamp Heat Battery for us together with Salus wireless thermostats to control the underfloor heating in various parts of the house. Throughout the project, Martin has provided high quality workmanship and - as important - outstanding customer service. From the moment of my first enquiry, his turnaround of responses and his ability to understand our particular needs has been exemplary. He listens carefully, explains technicalities in an easy to understand manner, and is able to adapt his solutions to meet specific needs. The quality of his workmanship is excellent and he works quickly and without mess. This is partly down to his technical and project management skills and partly down to his constant attention to the customer. He subcontracted the electrical work to Josh Carr Electrical Limited who were also excellent. The whole installation took three and a half days and he made sure that we at least had hot water at the end of the first day. The day following the installation, he rang me in the evening to make sure that everything was working properly. When I emailed him with a query on the Saturday morning, I had a response that addressed the issue within half an hour. I cannot fault him or his team in any way, whatsoever. Outstanding!

Martin (Technical Director) and Emilie (Operations Director) at Ecobubl really went above and beyond to provide outstanding expert technical services to design, install, and commission a perfect air source heat pump system for my property. We wanted to replace our aging oil boiler with a 21st century renewable solution.

I initially contacted five different installers to provide quotations and technical proposals for my air source heat pump installation. Three of the installers never came to visit the site, but Martin from Ecobubl came to assess the installation personally, and while he was here he asked many more questions than any of the other installers had asked. He carefully assessed the heating requirements of our house, which was a complicated set-up involving underground pipes, and a rather small external plant room. Our house is also B&B, with four bathrooms, and a high hot water demand.

Martin proposed the latest Daikin Hydro-Split air source heat pump, which uses the latest environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant gas. It is also one of the most efficient systems available. Most importantly Martin spotted something that none of the other installers had noticed, which was that instead of installing a standard 250 - 300 litre water cylinder inside the house, he could install a Sunamp UniQ heat battery outside, in the tiny plant room. The compact size of the Sunamp UniQ heat battery meant it would fit in the available space, while it's A-rated energy efficiency and high heat capacity meant that it would outperform the equivalent water cylinder and also be cheaper to run. The Sunamp heat battery also avoids the Legionella problem associated with warm water storage tanks.This smart decision also saved us a huge amount of valuable space inside the house, that would otherwise have been taken up by a huge water cylinder.

I was really impressed by Martin's creative technical thinking in combining two different but compatible renewable technologies to provide the perfect solution for my needs, so I had absolute confidence in placing my order with Ecobubl.

The installation was performed within two weeks of placing the order. Martin and Emilie worked tirelessly to make sure the installation was completed to an incredibly high standard. The system has now been running for two weeks, and there have been absolutely no problems. I was expecting there to be the all the usual snags and teething troubles, but the system is simply running silently, and perfectly. The house is warm, we have ample hot water, and the whole system is renewable and fit for the future.

Along with the air source heat pump, Martin also recommended the installation of a water softener, and a Grundfos constant pressure pump. The pump is brilliant, it maintains a constant water pressure in the system, so our guests can now run all four showers at the same time, with no loss of pressure. Again, these additional items were installed perfectly.

I am really happy that I chose Ecobubl. I have complete trust and confidence in their technical ability, and their quality of workmanship and customer service has been faultless. I'm now considering asking Ecobubl to install a solar PV / battery storage system, to completely bring our property into the 21st century.
