Excellent service and knowledge from the initial visit by their consultant, the installation of the Solar system itself, to the follow up in ensuring everything was running well and that all paperwork, certificates etc.. were done and in order. The work was done neatly and efficiently. The only disadvantage for me was the long period of time it took to have my solar installed. I also felt that the deposit of 50% could have been paid only a week before the installation and not eight weeks.

I had a great experience with Eco Simple Solutions, their team arrived on the arranged date, and they were polite and efficient. installation completed in one day!

All staff treated me well; from the sales person, Maurio; administrators; finance managers; and installation staff. I was informed about the one-day delay between the installation of the inverter and the actual panels. Both installers explained the system; and they both gave me their numbers to call should I encounter problems in the future

Simple Ecosystem panels instalation. Amperion Sunstore. Coc was dated 22/05/2022 Technion Carol Mokwede 2 weeks later after I made several calls to Caswell begging for Certicate of Compliance NM 1021401. See wrong Dates on CoC.
Unbelievable, incompetent Adults cannot remember Dates. I'm not impressed as I still have no valid Coc. No feedback or calls concerning my complains regarding this complaint I logged weeks ago. Some hope Zuma promised to rectify this unpleasant matter. I took pictures of Coc and e-mailed to your company as requested. Up to date no feedback or a callback from Zuma or Caswell. I emailed Caswell via Watsup he responded. Carol Mokwede no longer works for company. No concerns of mine what'so ever. I want results complain, wrong dated CoC 31/05/2022. Bad after Sales service . Could some competent person in office contact me urgently.
Why am I in this unpleasant situation? I still have leaking tiles roof. Electric cables not in placed tide under panels. This is unexceptionable untidy workmanship from Emparion Energy. I'm not renting. I paid hard earned Cash for professional workmanship.
