Top after sales service
I chose Eco Simply Solar from other similar competitive quotes because of their good ratings on customer service. If something goes wrong in 10 years time, I want to know that that there is a very good chance they will still be in business and would be able to help me.
As it happens, I wasn't quite satisfied with the way my geysers were set up as well as some settings. One of the owners actually came to my place with a technical team and optimised my system.
This is top-notch service!

Dear Reg
Thank you for the review. We strive to give the best service to all our clients and we are happy to hear that this was in fact achieved.
still happy after almost 3 yrs
I have had my system for a few years now and had no issues. Everything working as it should and most NB their after sales service has been great (in terms of helping me use my inverter better in managing my settings etc and then recently the installation of an additional battery). As a semi tied in client I also appreciated that the costing of this additional battery was very reasonable given the current demand and I noted that the battery cost was lower than retail price at a large electrical wholesaler I use in Randburg. Also, given how many new solar installation companies are around I like the fact that after a few years I am still dealing with the same people at the same company.

Satisfied Customer
Was referred to Eco by a friend and very happy I followed through to use them. The team promptly quoted me and kept me in the loop through the whole process.
The installation also from a client point of view was a breeze. Loved the fact that they came, installed and left with Zero issues.
The fact that my final pricing was reassessed according to the consumables used I thought was a fantastic touch too.
My system seems to be working perfectly and was well specced according to my needs.
Would highly recommend for peace of mind to use Eco Simply Solar.
