Eco Simply Solar Reviews

We received a quote from Eco Simply Solar within 1 hour of requesting it. Soon thereafter the installation had been booked without any delays. The installation was performed efficiently and with very professional service. The inverter & battery are neat and the system is working smoothly. Very pleased with the service.

The job comprises interior and exterior activity, both of which were undertaken with thought and the least intrusion into our daily life. The external team was respectful and tidy. The technicians were equally thoughtful, thorough, and professional. We deliberately waited a few weeks before writing up a review and we have had no issues, it works as intended and the company and product complement each other. You have a good team doing an incredible job.

Very Happy, great service.
The installation was made on promised date.
Workmanship and product very good - all very professional.
Will not hesitate to recommend you again!

We had a great experience with Eco Simply Solar. Professional service and quality workmanship. Would highly recommend!

Resolved the issue with my inverter in 2 days. Provided a loan unit while the mine is being repaired. The technician, Jaco, went out of his way to assist.

I was actually impressed with the staff.
From getting a quotation to the installation team.Henry and team was really professional and know their job.You can very quickly feel when teams is well managed and focussed on quality.Nice experience ...I am happy .

From start to finish my dealings with ESS has been exceptional. Not only are their quotes competitive but their workmanship and speed of installation unmatched. Another shortlisted installer quoted 8% more and two weeks to complete the installation. ESS did it in a single day. I’ll definitely be referring ESS to family and friends.

A very professional company that delivers an excellent service. "Hardware" they install is top class. Installation itself is very neat. I highly recommend this company and will use them again to further upgrade in future.

Competent friendly technicians, clean and neat, as well as managing to finish the whole install perfectly in about 4hrs. Very happy :)

Very promt and professional!! And on the balll and of knowledge of what they doing and very helpful

We had personal attention from the team at Eco Simply Solar and especially from Jaco van der Walt who drove to our house on Friday night the 16th of December when we had an unforeseen problem related to the inverter. I will recommend Mauro, Jaco, Henry and the other members of the team to any prospective client

I had to service my BSL battery due to a water leakage.
The technician came late at home and took the battery to assess.
Fortunately, everything went well and within 3 days my battery was back and running 100%.

From the start Mauro was very knowledgeable. the service was very professional and friendly. Everything went according to schedule with a few minor hiccups beyond Eco Solar's control. Jaco the technician was brilliant. During the installation there was a massive hailstorm and he continued undeterred. There were a few snags on my DB board that he pointed out. Being a pensioner hopefully at some stage I will be in a financial position to afford a 2nd battery and Eco Solar will be my only choice to install one.

Great professional service right from the start. Staff were trained in exactly what they needed to do. Very neatly installed. Let the saving begin!

Professional and friendly people. Excellent Service. Fast & efficient installation aswell as clear instructions and testing with handover.

Fantastic service from start to finish.

very direct and easy to understand. advised rather to add-on if necessary down the line rather than go all-in upfront, which is financially prudent and economical. basically, they talked my book rather than theirs. great technical team: friendly, efficient and helpful; hardly even knew they were here. delivered as promised and we now loving it just 3 days in. viva loadshedding (forgotten that it's a "thing" already); goodbye gennie :-)

Clean, painless installation. Service was great. From the initial sales meeting, to the sign off, I got answers and feedback as requested. I could have done with longer to go through the app on the phone.

Neat installation. Done within 7 days and within the same day. Would recommend to others.

Eco solar's setup and service was professional. All hands were on deck to sort the inevitable niggles and troubleshooting that had to happen to get everything sorted out and working perfectly.
