This company is a fraudulent company. They process your payment but never send the item. We contacted them a few times regarding this and they never sent the product or refunded the money. Don't do business with them.

I placed an order for a $152 men’s coat. They kept the money and never shipped the coat. I asked for a refund they are now no longer reaching out on email as they were a couple months ago. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. They offered the refund since they claim the order was shipped but lost and they couldn’t reship anytime soon. However they have now stopped communicating with me all together.

THESE ARE THIEVES, AND SO IS THEIR SISTER COMPANY BRACEBLISS, OUT OF TEXAS..SUPPOSEDLY, BUT IN REALITY, THESE ARE THE SAME CHINESE COMPANY, AND ANY GOOD REVIEWS, THEY BUY FROM A COMPANY CALLED JUDGE.ME THEY PAY FOR FAKE REVIEWS…..I ORDERED SOMETHING JAN 18, HAVE BEEN SCAMMED…SUPPOSEDLY SENT, AND THE SHIPPING SAYS THEY ‘RECEIVED THE INFORMATION: YEAH, RIGHT, THEN FOUND THE SAME PRODUCT WITH BRACEBLISS, SUPPOSEDLY OUT OF TEXAS, SO I WANTED THE PRODUCT, AND REORDERED……SAME COMPANY, SAME THIEVES, SAME FAKE REVIEWS….

I placed an online order with Edelman & Co. FORTY DAYS AGO!!!!! Order was placed on January 11 and the item NEVER shipped. After emailing them 6 times over the past 6 weeks, I still have no active tracking information after several requests. I have also asked them twice to just cancel the order and I have not been refunded yet. I let them know if no action was taken that I would be forced to write a negative review and contact my credit card company. At this point I have to assume this is a fraudulent company and web site. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I ordered 2 products and I had to reach through email to see is hold up. Their comment it’s coming and now I now it’s lost. I responded that I would like refunds on the 2 items and I get silence. Something is terribly wrong here.

Could not have been a worse experience. First they sent the wrong color jacket. They wouldnt send the correct color instead gave me a credit to another item - That order took over a month to arrive (they didnt even ship until I complained) and once it did arrive it - it wasn't delivered to my apartment door - it was just dropped off on a table in the lobby of my apartment building. AVOID THIS COMPANY
