No, I want my refund and you can pay for me return this trash that you sent me. These plastic boots that you are selling were falsely advertised as leather boots. I will dispute the charges with my bank. I will also give you a bad review. I will place side by side your boots and the one shown on your website so everyone can see that your company is fraudulent. I will report you to the BBB so you can no longer see your fake goods in the USA.

I recently purchased the Stylish Waterproof Leather Tote from Edelmannandco, & it has been a huge help on rainy days. The fabric is water-resistant but still looks chic, and the roomy interior fits everything I need for work or weekend outings.

I ordered to power bank 100,000 mAh. I received the 50,000 mAh instead. I tried calling the contact number (4150-223-3091) that is posted on their web-site. It is a non-working number.

I e-mailed the support and they replied that, "We do not refund the purchase price for defective products".

The item is not defective! It was simply advertised falsly as 100,000 mAh not 50,000 mAh.

I bought the Heritage Outdoor Sconce from Edelmannandco for my patio. It has a rustic, vintage Iantern feel, yet the build is solid and weather-resistant. It's held up beautifully, and evenings outside have become more charming.

I ordered a “Teddy” coat which should be thick, plush and warm. When I received it WEEKS later and opened the package I was horrified at the awful quality of this supposed “coat.” The material was so thin it looked more like a summer bathrobe than a winter coat and it shed all over the place. I have never received something so awful and cheap as this. It didn’t even look remotely like the advertisement. I contacted them and they told me I could send it back to China at MY expense which I refused at which point they offered a 15% credit which amounted to $11.99 on a $79.99 charge. I recommend you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Their products are of the cheapest quality. The “coat” I bought from them was thrown in the garbage where it belongs. One star is too much too bad I couldn’t give them 1/2.

I'm so happy with my new trench coat. The material feels high-quality, and the fit is perfect. It's one of those timeless pieces I know I'II wear for years. It's so elegent and stylish. Five stars for sure!

They advertise their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. I ordered a winter coat and asked for a RMA to return and get a refund. I did not even open the package. They asked for pictures. pictures, pictures. I gave them what they wanted each time. They told me to open the factory packaging and take pictures before they could process the return. They will wear you down with this kind of crap before they allow a return. DO NOT BUY!!!

I got a pair of the classic leather boots for my wife, and she absolutely loves them. She said they are super comfortable and the handcrafted design looks amazing. They are durable and chic. We will definitely be shopping here again!

I ordered one of the modern floor lamps, and it has completely changed my living room. It has such a unique, elegant design. It arrived well-packaged, and setting it up was easy. I'm really happy with the quality and the atmosphere it creates.

Edelmann does not standby their products. They expect the customer to pay shipping to China for products bought on their site needing to be returned.

This false advertising; the product is not FDA approved nd does not work as described. The same product is available directly from China for about $ 20. When you want to return it the seller wants it returned at my expense to a place in China! Their customer service is abhorent and adversarial. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered a jacket from a site that I orginally thought was US. Turns out it was from China..This is important since there claim for EASY returns means you pay for return to CHINA! That is more expensive than the item purchased.

I’m annoyed at myself for not doing my due diligence on this seller. The jacket I ordered in Large arrived (late), and It has no label on it. When I put it on, it was like I was wearing a kid’s jacket; the cuffs were three inches above my wrist, and I couldn’t zip it up (FYI, I’m six feet tall and weigh about 190). After a careful examination, I found a tiny label with an “L” on it, so presumably they call it a Large. Trying to return it appears to be impossible, despite their claim that they provide full refunds.

This “company” is clearly a fast-fashion scam, and you should absolutely NOT buy from them.

The pair of boots sent to me were NOT the boots advertised. The quality of the PU "leather" was substandard and in no way should have been valued at the cost advertised, even "on sale". The boot was too small. The company is in China, not clear in the advertisement. The customer service response was subpar and required that I as a customer return the item, at my (cost prohibitive). The only resolution offered was $15/$20 and to keep the substandard product. Neither of which was acceptable. Poor outcome. Poor customer service. Omission of very important information. Product misrepresentation.

I purchased a Bluetooth headphone set from Edelmannandco, and it delivers clear sound, a comfy fit, and decent battery life. I'm happy with my purchase.
