Ordering the boots was a great decision from Edelmannandco. They delivered exactly on time. The boots are comfortable, classy, and go with many outfits.

I had a HORRIBLE experience. The company said it would arrive within 7 to 10 business days. It took well over a MONTH to arrive.The item said it was 100% WOOL. When I opened the package I was horrified the tag in the coat says 100% polyester! It is thin flimsy poorly made and NOT WARM at all. Because it took sooo LONG to ship here they will not give me the authorization to return it. I sincerely hope this company goes out of business. They don't deserve any patronage.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The robot puppy I order didn't look nothing like the picture. I was not able to get my money back because they basically don't do refunds because sending it back is expensive. They offer me 15% back from my purchase then turn around and sent me a discount of 15% off my next purchase with them rather than sending me 15% of my money back . Never again

I got knee-high boots, and they are surprisingly comfortable. The material is soft and doesn't pinch my calves. I wore them to work all day, and my feet didn't hurt. They look exactly like the pictures on the website. I would recommend them.

They sent me two robot puppies I hate when I saw them I texted them right away and sent a photo and asked for my money back it was over 118.00 dollars I told them I needed my money so I can get my 93 year old mom a different gift for Christmas 🎄

The floor lamp I ordered looks great in my living room. It was easy to put together, took maybe ten minutes. The lights is soft and not too harsh. The base is sturdy, so it doesn't wobble. I am happy with how it looks for the price.

The health tracker bracelet works well. It tracks my steps and heart rate accurately enough for my needs. The battery lasts a few days before needing a charge. It was a bit tricky to pair with my phone at first, but now it connects fine.

I bought the BlizzardSafe parka for the winter, and it is actually very warm. The pockets are deep, which is handy. I usually wear a Large, but I ordered an XL just to be safe, and it fits perfectly with a sweater underneath. Shipping took about a week.

Just think of an industrial warehouse in China and everything that would entail. Thats it, very simple. A Chinese web site catering to western dummies. Everything takes many weeks to get to you and when it does it's WAY too small or some other defect. NO packing slips or customer service, just the email on the web site. Oh, they'll offer to send you "discounts" on their defects for more of their crap, but "refunds" are made impossible. Jump a few weeks of hoops and then discover they've instructed the postal service to charge $300 for a return! Yup, China warehouse monkey business. You screw up and buy from this shell of as rip off it's at high risk.
