This is a totally fake company that uses phony AI generated images (e.g., cuddly, realistic fluffy stuffed bunnies) to sell crap products that look nothing like what they actually sell. What they actually sell is cheap dollar store junk that probably costs 50 cents to produce, yet they con customers into paying $70 for an item positioned as a premium product. Once they dupe you into the purchase, they won’t accept any accountability for the criminal false advertising and actually expect you to ship the item back to Guangdong province in China at your own expense, though the trash they sent me was shipped from outside of Dallas (likely where they stockpile their junk inventory). What a complete NIGHTMARE…they just want to discourage duped customers from taking action or convince you to accept a 20% refund while keeping the product. Though they are doing business as Edelmann & Co (again, a bs cover intended to evoke a luxury brand like FAO Schwartz), their return instructions list Shenzhen HST Electronics CO, Ltd as the entity to ship to. I want these people in jail and Shane if Facebook for allow them promote products on their platform that aren’t vetted. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I echo a lot of these reviews:
ordered a raincoat in a large and I could not get my arms into it! (I usually wear a medium!!!).
They're "easy return" policy is anything but that.
They've asked for photos, proof of purchase (??!!??), and to send back via my expense to China - OR, I can keep the item and receive a 20% refund.
I reported them to my credit card company.
Shameful business practices.

The shoes I bought were of extremely poor quality. I, too, wish I had read reviews before I bought from this company. And they require you to pay the shipping costs to return items to China! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

This company lies about its product. These are cheap, plastic, mass produced dolls. When I asked for a refund the company directed me to, at my own expense, mail the doll to Shenzhen HST Electronics CO, Ltd in China! Do not buy anything from them! I paid $63.00 dollars for a doll I'd find at the Dollar Store. Horrible customer service.

I would not recommend ordering from this deceptive web site. I ordered a “wool blend” jacket and it turned out to be 100% polyester. Wish I had read reviews before ordering as it was not cheap. I don’t think they offer refunds or exchanges without paying a lot. Will try to have my credit card charges withdrawn. China Cheats. China lies. China can’t be trusted.

I ordered a Mushroom Lamp that cost me $53. I just received the package after sending them a e-mail. The lamp is a piece of crap, maybe worth $5. The lamp is plastic and smaller than a coke bottle..
if they approve your return you have to pay the shipping to China. The lamp is not worth the shipping fee. Do not order from this company. I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

We purchased a health watch from this company without reading these reviews. The watch arrived broken from China and does not give an actuate blood pressure reading. We contacted the support and they said all they can do is offer us another product at 50% discount and we keep the broken watch. We can't return the watch as the address given is bogus. However their site says they will gladly take the product back and offer a refund. But they won't. Avoid this and other companies like this. if you need something like this health watch buy it from amazon as they have a flawless return system. We resorted to buying a blood pressure monitor instead of a watch from amazon.

NOT GOOD! The camera's wireless functionality only works with less than 5G internet. Which sucks because all I have is 5G and that is not put in the description on their website and you have to pay shipping to return it. So yeah what a waste of money.
