Driver came within time stated. Very helpful and polite, put us at ease. Very efficient.

Wheel changed promptly on arrival, although had to wait an hour for recovery despite receiving a phone call from your office telling me to expect someone within 30 minutes

I am writing this email to thank you for some great service I received yesterday.

I was due to have my motorcycle transported yesterday but my time slot kept getting put back because you guys were very busy, my slot went from 8.30am to 1.30pm but I explained to the lady on the phone that i had to go to work and the lady on the phone (I think her name was jenny) pulled out all the stops to get the driver to me as quick as possible and kept calling me back to keep me updated.

I have to say the level of service she gave me was Fantastic and top draw, i can imagine the nature of this company means these ladies jobs are quite difficult, so for her to go above and beyond was what saved my day, so thank you again jenny.

Very rude service from the Manchester depot earlier this week. I would not recommend them. Not at all considerate.

Battery flat yesterday in the town, didn’t wait long for someone to arrive. Sorted it in minutes, enabled me to get home. Quick efficient service, friendly young man, a credit to the company.

I was misinformed about the release of my vehicle, this caused me to have to pay SIGNIFICANT amounts to the company. I asked multiple times if the police had released it, I was told no. It was at that time and only 20 days later had I actually got the truth about it. Then when contacting the company they have done nothing about it. They spouted that ‘yes this was correct’ didn’t ask for calls dates or anything, as they are recorded with this company. Eventually they ask for my call records, I send them over, but mysteriously only the calls recorded after the vehicle collection had been recorded, none from before at all. I am disgusted by the company for their clear and obvious lies and deceit. I felt robbed before having my bike stolen, I now feel robbed again for the £600 they took off of me through their own incompetence.

The Egerton's driver was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived very soon after our initial call. Thank you.

The employee from the company was fantastic, they were efficient and very helpful in a time of high stress and very quickly got my car recovered and to a garage for repairs. The wait time for recovery was also very small and I'm grateful to have gotten sorted out so fast. Thank you!
