Quick call out, technician explained well

Had a flat tyre they was there within 20 minutes to take me home. The guy was really nice and friendly and helpful would highly recommend this company and cheap too.very satisfied with the service they gave.

Battery failure in Oxford so requested help via green flag. Egretons were out in 30 mins and the technician was really friendly and helpful and had is going in 5 mins and gave good advice on next steps for premanent fix.

Very good service - came out quickly on a Saturday to restart my car's battery. Very friendly and helpful and got me back on the road asap!

I had left my lights on.. therefore drained the battery. Miles from home, so couldn't call anyone to come and jump start me. Used the Green flag app and within minutes there was an update giving me the name of the company coming out and the estimated time. Next was a phone call from Egertons recovery, giving me an estimated time of arrival. I did feel embarrassed telling them I'd left my lights on...the person on the other end of the phone immediately made me feel at ease, said hopefully we'll give you a jump start and you'll be on
your way. Within 30 minutes the recovery man arrived, my knight in shining armour who within minutes had jump started the car and I was on my way home. Couldn't fault the whole process Egertons were brilliant.

Egerton’s Recovery were the chosen 3rd party recovery company for Green Flag. They were fantastic, I received text messages confirming the pick up time, and a personal phone call to let me know the pick up was in the way. I had to change the destination garage after making the booking and they were completely happy to accommodate this. Genuinely friendly and helpful. Many thanks.

My vehicle is a write off and I called to collect the contents but the vehicle was inaccessible due to a problem beyond anyone's control.

I am disabled and in my vehicle was an important box with emergency medical gear in it.

On hearing this, two of the Edgertons team set too to move the vehicle by hand.

15 minutes of extraordinary effort and they emerged with the bright red box.

It would have been so easy to do nothing

The guy on the breakdown truck was very friendly and quickly got me to Halfords to have a new wheel fitted.

I was helped by a really friendly guy who got me on my way, told me what I needed to do from that point on and who sorted my problem as best he could, quickly.

Carl was really friendly and efficient recovering my car that was stranded on the motorway at night. The only reason it is 4 not 5 stars is it would have been even better if the wait time was less.

The man who recovered my car was so lovely. Recovered my car swiftly and took it to where it was needed. Would 100% use again (if needed)

I was stuck down a farm track with a flat battery and in a rush to pick my girlfriend up from Manchester airport. The technician came out very quickly, he sorted the battery and had me on my way in no time. Thank you 👍

We were attended to by a lovely man who did his very best to make sure we and the car were safe and sound he dropped us off at home took the time to put the car were we wanted it, no rushing or hurry nothing was too much trouble, would recommend this company every time
