Waited quite a while and heard nothing, I did eventually have an email advising me of imminent delivery. It was a relief when it came. Lovely bag but smaller than I was expecting.

This site is terrific

This site is terrific. The bag that I bought was exactly what I ordered. They let me know when my order was shipped and gave me a tracking number. I would recommend this site.

Folding tote

I ordered the folding tote bag and am very happy with the bag, especially the color. However, I find your video tutorial very misleading. I've watched it over a dozen times, also had someone else watch it, and folding the bag into the pouch is not as easy as shown. I finally got it after many tries and it took me 14 minutes to do it. I'm not sure I would have bought the bag if I had known how cumbersome the repacking is. Hope this helps.

Long wait and still have not received…

Wallet Order

Nowhere in your ad does it say the item is coming from China and it would take forever to get it. I placed this order on the 4th of Sept and at this writing, 9/22, cannot even track it because it has not even moved yet! Very Poor Customer Satisfaction!!
