We recently worked with Heather for the sale of our house and our purchase. She was so helpful at each step and worked hard to get our house sale processed when we needed it. Heather even offered to email us updates out of hours when we were stressed and had everything actioned in the same day. She showed us empathy and understanding with issues outside of our control within the chain.

Working with Heather was very reassuring, we never had to chase things on her side and she was always available to check in if we needed a call.

We've used Sheltons twice now, for the purchase and then the sale of our house, and both experiences have been very smooth.

Sheltons solicitors in Bulwell handled the conveyancing on a sale, not local to the area with great efficiency and made the whole process run very smoothly. Special mentions to Heather Arme and Keeley Dove who were friendly and approachable at all times, answered emails promptly and always returned phone calls. They were also able to advise on a related matter which ended up saving me a considerable amount of money! Highly recommended.

Chris Barber dealt with the sale of our house and I have to say the service was second to none. EHL are by far an outstanding law firm. Rachel Polley dealt with the Estate of a much loved mother with compassion and expertise. Nothing was too much and she helped us overcome some unforseen complications and she dealt with each one with tact and great care. She was very professional and yet kind and caring. The various legal aspects were expertly completed without fuss. All her help and support was gratefully received. Rachel in particular has such a wealth of knowledge and she was always happy to explain things to us in a very easy to understand way and she responded to all communications swiftly. Keeley was very professional and friendly, she gave perfect advice in dealing with the issues that arose with the sale of the deceased's property which at times was problematic but Keeley had such a eye for detail that everything worked out very well. All in all EHL has expert staff who provided excellent advice bringing all aspects to a very satisfactory conclusion and it was all done with finesse.
