Soap dispenser

The product I had purchased developed a fault after a few months, I contacted the company and their customer service was excellent and after reviewing my faulty product they issued a replacement. Prompt and efficient

EKO Titanium Blue Kitchen Bin

What's really impressive about this bin is that 3 years after purchase, you can still get spare parts. When part of the lid hinge fractured I contacted EKO directly to see if I could get a replacement hinge. They replied immediately and I had a new hinge within a few days at a very reasonable cost. Easy to fit and the bin looks as good as new, but it's the after-sales service that shows what a quality product this is.

The lid henge broke after three years…

The lid henge broke after three years of daily use. Contacted customer service, not only they found the correct replacement allow me to purchase, they also responded to emails very promptly and friendly.

EKO warranty and customer service

I bought my eko mirage bin almost 2 years ago, it's fab!!

A fault occured with the lid. I contacted EKO provided them with my proof of purchase and I've had a very speedy resolution of a new lid posted to me. Definitely worth paying that bit more for the higher quality product and amazing service.

Really great quality products

Really great quality products, and when I accidentally broke a lid, they were really helpful and easy to contact in order to get a replacement lid. Really nice to find a company happy to help with part of product replacement (rather than having to buy a whole new bin which is so in environmentally friendly!) would totally recommend to anyone xxx

High Quality, Durable Products with Reliable Customer Service

I bought a EKO E-Cube bin in 2019 with a 5 years warranty. This year I got an issue with that and contacted their customer service team. Their prompt and efficient handling of my request was truly impressive and greatly appreciated.

From the moment I reported the issue EKO team demonstrated high level of professionalism and dedication to my satisfaction. The swift resolution and timely delivery of the replacement item exceeded my expectations.

Anyone looking for a reliable, high quality and durable goods, I highly recommend EKO. Their customer service is excellent.

Great product, great company

Great quality items, I have ordered the food waste bags repeatedly. Unfortunately my last order was not up to standard and the bags were completely unusable, but the customer service team were great - very responsive, explanatory, and sent a replacement out straight away. I will be continuing to order from them!

Great customer service

I bought one of Eko's bins from woodies and it was missing the bin liner. I got in contact with Eko customer service and despite a few issues with postage due to Brexit they really went above and beyond to get me a replacment part. Thery were great to deal with and the product is great too.

Genuinely really impressive customer support and products. Had an issue with two of our soap dispensers so emailed their support, replies were impressively fast and the person who helped was knowledgeable and helpful; a breath of fresh air in our current world of poor support

The best customer service ever

Lara from customer services responded quickly and could not do enough to help me with my query, when I needed a replacement pedal for my X cube. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the most friendly and helpful customer service ever!

Efficient and friendly customer service

I bought an auto-closing 20l + 20l bin a few years ago. Recently, I had some problems with the sensors of the dustbin. Apparently, it was a small issue which I managed to resolve with the help of customer service team.

Found the whole experience very efficient and the customer support staff v.proactice and friendly. Appreciate it when good service accompanies good product.
