I find it hard to believe this was not paid fake reviews, but you never know. for you to judge...

They are scammers and they collect personal data. Fake insurance policy which is not accepted from embassy

They asked my passport first page picture and to deduct 40% fees to refund me the insurance policy I purchased few minutes ago. The reason I wanted to cancel the policy and get a full refund is because the embassy informed me that their policy is not meet the requirements of the insurance for Visa Shanghen.

This travel insurance is great. it's cheap, covers a lot, and helps when things go wrong.

I purchased this insurance to apply for a European Schengen visa, but the embassy responded that this company did not meet the visa application requirements. So I contacted their customer service through the telegram method provided by the website. Customer service actually asked me to provide my passport photo. I don't think this is a reasonable request. Passport photos are very sensitive information. I said that I could provide all the information I had when purchasing insurance, receipts, and a reply from the embassy. But they refused to refund me before my insurance was in effect. Highly do not recommend this company, I suspect it is a scam.

By the way I didn't get my refund which was about AU$85
