Great service from order to delivery

Prompt and efficient, delivered next day.

Excellent service, no delays and very helpful staff.

We waited 7 days until our product came despite the website stating 1-3 days. Awful courier company- not part of electrics and lighting but a reflection on them nonetheless. I had to chase the company about when my fire would be delivered. However it was well packaged. Lovely chap Fraser sorted our issues.

Good choice on the Internet-would have liked to see more in the shop. Good online transaction, had to chase for delivery but was quickly resolved. Well wrapped delivery and lights look to be a good quality and design. Overall very happy.

The light is unique in appearance and different from what we could get in other stores. Happy with light now it is up but it was difficult to put up and had to get help.

Found the website after visiting the Bristol shop. Good range of lights and the range we liked were far cheaper than any other shop or website.

The lamp I wanted wasn't in store (hence 1 star loss) but the salesman was very helpful indeed - finding items in the store with the same finish to give me an idea and finding the item for order on line. Was even given info re an upcoming sale date so I waited for that to roll round and saved quite a bit. Order arrived quickly and was well-packaged, and the item was as described and just what I wanted. Certainly would recommend.

I have used Electrics and Lighting for all my lighting needs many times and the service and delivery have always been first class.

Light fittings arrived in the shop when expected. Shop staff helped me load the car.
