They were much cheaper than competitors, placed order on Monday delivered Wednesday morning as promised.Could not fault any aspect of procedure, will be first port of call in future. I found "Electricsandlighting now" to offer the best price and their postal delivery took less than 48 hours - exactly as was promised on their website. One can't ask for more than that.

I was in Bristol and had been looking for a dedicated lighting shop for some time. They had a small display area in the back of the shop. The staff were very helpful in store and had an online promotion shortly afterwards.

We placed a reasonable order for about 10 light fittings. I was told it would take a bit more than a couple of days for delivery as the order was from various manufactures.

The light fittings purchased look great and are of a better quality than the big sheds.

One of the sets of shades was damaged in transit, This was replaced very quickly.

They have a trade account section on the website, got all the products i can ever want to order and event put my logo on the quotes. Real easy to use and prices are excellent. Big thumbs up,

Been up and down Gloucester Road many a time but never went into Ablectrics. As we are doing home improvements, new lights are needed. I found the selection amazing and I bought an interesting, unique light for the dining room and on sale! We discussed how to make it more practical and bring it up to new EU standards, so they happily and competently converted it into an LED light! They said it was a 'first' for that light! Staff are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable -- and have a good sense of humor! Cannot recommend them enough!

I was looking to buy lighting and came across the site by chance, had a nose around and very quickly found what I was looking for placed my order and checked out as normal. Within 35 minutes I received a phone call from one of the team just to advise me there was a day or two delay on the item due to one of their suppliers being shut which I was happy to wait. As we were talking we discussed the benefits of converting over to led bulbs and explained the differences from what I was used too. All in all a very honest team and always happy to talk you through things over the phone A++++++++ on service. And by the way my lighting arrived in 4 days which was quicker than I anticipated. My next purchase will be with them again for sure
