This mafuckers are scammers. They will try to sell some games, which customers thought that games are available. then customers paid for it. later on you will be receiving emails which instruct the customer to go to some fake link where you can chat with one of the personnel helping you to installed the game., after a while you will get a message saying sorry because the game is very in demand that they dont have it avilable.
Customer asked for refund many times to this chat personnel,......and will reply telling they will process the refund and the angry and dissatisfied customer will have to have to 6 days til they get the money.
But freaking until now, I still havent got the money.......
total absolute trash and scammerssss

I bought the game Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. I got it in the next free games and it works and much cheaper then other sites. So all in all very good site.

Even 1star is to many for this bunch of scammers. DO NOT BUY!!! Very fraudulent!!!!

Fred was very helpful! It does seem like a strange process though, as others have said you're buying and account not a code.

Honestly disgusted and angry.
Made an order at 10am on June 1st 2024, and only heard back almost 24 hours later.
They told me I had to set up a new account (it said nothing about doing this on the order. Said I'd receive an activation key).
So I stated this, got told I couldn't get a refund and now I cannot access my account and I can't speak to anyone regarding my order.
Absolutely awful experience. Definitely my fault for thinking I was buying from electronicfirst and not electronic-first.
Fraudsters and scammers!

Ordered a game for my son’s Nintendo switch. After they took my payment was told the game is out of stock. I contacted customer support (an online chat) and asked a refund. Was told would take 6-8 days and would receive a confirmation email. Didn’t receive an email and days later contacted the chat again and was told the game was In stock. Nothing straight forward about redeeming the game. By time I got chance to redeem the game the instructions on said chat has disappeared and haven’t received a reply since !!!! Don’t order from here use cdkeys !!!

Should have known better, been almost 24hours and still haven’t receive “Instant delivery” and I written multiple times to find out what is going. The customer service has been nonexistent. Save your self the headache go to G2A or CDkeys.

I was skeptical at first as I thought I had purchased a digital game code, I didn’t realise it was an account, but I was given full instructions and everything worked great. People were helpful and I would recommend

it took a while (5 hours) but Fred was patient and he even follow a second chat to help me

quick activation. It's harder to respond to messages, that's the only downside

Scam! I am still waiting for my refund for 10 days. I bought a Mario kart game and because it was unavailable I was asked to change it into another game which I did jot want, and therefore asked for my refund.
They are trying to be confused with electronicfirst.com and it is unfortunately a scam

I purchased a digital game on May 23, 2024, and was initially informed it was out of stock. The game was back in stock shortly after, and I received it without further issues. Overall, I'm satisfied with the resolution and the quick response from customer service.

There is a scam web page called electronic-first.com and they have taken money from my son and not given any games.

The method for purchasing switch games (digital edition) is very strange!
