Bought a game which I was then told was out of stock. Told I would receive a refund which has not been returned. Definitely scam artists stay well away.

The purchase experience was smooth, and the person I dealt with (Fred) was helpful and responsive.

One thing to note, for Switch games, you are purchasing an account, not a code. It does say it in the description, but you need to be aware of the difference.

First of all i would like to say i did get the game i brought but not as stated!

Ordered from there site as it said “instant digital delivery” which was a lie i had to wait over 24 hours, with the chat basically getting ignored, so left thinking i had been scammed.

Also it was a switch game, but they sell the user with the game on, meaning you can not play this on your own account, to me this was not stated anywhere so not happy with that, I thought it would be the download code.

Overall 2/5 as i did get the game just not a good experience and not as expected

I needed to wait 15 minutes or so untill my ticket started being processed, but smooth sailing after that. Overall im pleased with the expirience.

Fraud and scam beware!!!!! They sell your account details. The few positive reviews are fake

I was a bit confused about how I get the account code at first but customer service was really helpful and I got it fixed :)

Scam scam scam . Ordered today . Went onto chat and saying orders is being processed . When asked Xav when this will be done I e had no reply . I've asked for a refund still no reply .

i have bought The Witcher 3 for the ninento switch. on the website is said it’s a key. Haven’t received anything for 2 hours. I have contacted their customer support and said it’s actually an account. I already didn’t like it. I wanted to activate the account and haven’t received a message for 3 hours. Then they contacted me saying that it’s not available today. I asked for a refund the same day which was 30 April. Today it is 25 may and i haven’t received anything. When i try to contact them i always get the same answer saying that i have to wait or contact someone else. I told them they can keep the 20 bucks and i accept the fact that i got scammed. Their customer support will always have a way to make you wait 48 more hours. SCAMMERS!!!

They will send login details instead of an official redeem code.
Then, they will try to hack into your system to gain access to your device and sell your profile online.
Although they are just scammers, I have to say they are quite adept at creating fake reviews here on Truspilot
electronic-first.com are deceivers, while electronicfirst.com are the legitimate site.

The company didn't deliver. Upon reception of my payment I was forwarded to a chat which took me through an activation procedure which failed.
No reaction on emails or support tickets through their web site form.

I bought a game account from this company, but they didn't deliver anything. I haven't gotten a single email back. When I contacted support, (spoke with Xav) they made empty promises like "I will deliver today" or "You will get a refund," but they keep stalling over and over again. It's just scamming at this point. When I sent them an email, they didn't respond at all. Don't buy anything from them! And if anyone of them reads this, then contact me and refund me!

Scam. I lost my money. Never ever buy from them! I paid for 2 popular games for Nintendo Switch. I received nothing in return. I had read reviews about the other company, the legit one with a similar name, and I got tricked into thinking this was the same. First, they ask you to join a live chat to get your license keys, but no one is there to answer. Then they say, sorry but the item that you bought is out of stock, not even mentioning which item. Then nothing. Total scam. I am from Mexico and they ripped me off an amount that may not be so much elsewhere, but is a lot for me here. I had to say goodbye to my daughter's birthday present.

I recently made a purchase on Electronic-First for a game key. Unfortunately, I never received the product after my credit card was charged. I've attempted to contact customer service via email, and live chat but haven't received any response.

This lack of communication and undelivered product leads me to believe this website is untrustworthy. It appears they may be charging customers without fulfilling orders.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid Electronic-First. There are many reputable retailers offering digital products with guaranteed delivery and responsive customer service.

A quick online search reveals similar complaints from other customers who haven't received their purchases and haven't been able to reach customer service.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your digital product needs. There are many reliable retailers with better customer service and guaranteed delivery.

Got scammed. Ordered it takes two from switch. Never received it
