The same happened to me. Ordered a game code. Didn't receive. Instead received instruction to contact them on chat. Which they didn't reply to.
The website is a copy of "electronicfirst.com", that site seems OK. This one is a scam.

I bought a few games and they kept saying they will send it but never did. They won’t respond to any chat and even email. Do not use. It’s been a week now and they would neither refund or give me the games I purchase.

This is a SCAM Website, they mimic ElectronicFirst, in the real Website there isnt a - in the link. Watch out!!!!!! The real website goes electronicfirst.com NOT electronic-first.com

I purchased a game and could only pay via Sofort so the money was directly gone, i noticed something was wrong after not recieving any kind of confirmation email and now im fighting since that day to get my money back.
Since its a directly performed money transaction its really really hard so do not do this at all!!!!
The REAL Website offers PayPal, this option was gone at this Website. With PayPal you have the option to get your money back directly.
Also they are using a third party between Sofort and them so this makes it double as hard to get the money back. Also the "Support" formular on this site is just for it to be there, you wont get any answer, nothing, they just take your money.

I got into contact with the real ElectronicFirst Support and they verified that this is a Scam Website, they are already taken legal actions against them to have this SCAM removed...

Scam website you pay for your order it tells you to message them then you get told your order is processing and wait and wait and wait but you never get your order it take hours for each message to get answered AVOID THIS WEBISTE AR ALL COSTS they try to pretend to be electronicfirst.com but there not there electronic-first.com if you have payed them money contact your back/PayPal and get a refund ASAP

they are scammers, don't believe those who say that the product arrives because it doesn't, after payment a link arrives that explains how to activate the product, you have to send a message in the chat on the site telling you to activate it... the service is disgusting like few others, they don't respond, they don't give refunds, they don't do anything, in short they make money on the fact that you will lose those 20-30 euros to avoid the patience of waiting for their messages or explanations

Just a scam. You pay and dont get anything back.

Awful service , purchased a game and payment was taken only to wait a day to be told they can’t send the code as it is out of stock! Refund requested and no response at all.
Definitely a scam site do not use.
