Overpriced Item - Price matched and price difference credit processed
I recently purchased the Aston Aluminium LED Wall Light and the Zenith Flood Light 3CCT 24W. I’m very happy with the quality of the Aston light — it’s well-made and performs as expected.
However, I was disappointed to find the Zenith flood light available at a lower price elsewhere after my purchase. While I do not wish to go through the inconvenience of returning the item and requesting a refund, it was nonetheless disappointing.
Going forward, I will be sure to compare prices more thoroughly before making another purchase from Elevenpast.
I previously shared that I was disappointed to find the Zenith Flood Light 3CCT 24W available at a lower price elsewhere after purchasing from Elevenpast.
I’m pleased to update my review and say that their team responded promptly and professionally to my feedback. They processed a credit to match the competitor’s price without any hassle, which I truly appreciate.
Their service, responsiveness, and willingness to resolve the matter have left me with a very positive impression. Thank you for the excellent customer care — it’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its service.

outdoor chairs ordered
outdoor chairs ordered, was kept up to date with the shipping process, arrived on time, no problems. The chairs are great. Only thing is there was a lot of packaging and phew it seems a waste environmentally. I will recycle but the chairs are quite hardy and I'd think if going straight from shop to delivery van to house that it wouldn't require so much packaging

On opening the box with the light fitting inside we noted that it had been damaged. Emailed elevenpast to report the matter. Carlo responded and handled the matter professionally & efficiently. A replacement was swiftly dispatched to us, and we were updated along the way until it was received. Very happy.

Service excellence in expediting an order
I placed the order and clean for forgot to follow up on the Monday. The product had to be in Joburg and on a transport truck to Botswana by Friday. I suddenly realised I'd forgotten to follow up, and called and spoke to Fatima who expedited the order to the Joburg shipping warehouse, ready for the truck departure to Botswana.
