We want you to be really happy with our products and service. Did you maybe misunderstand this product? It’s supposed to be an easy E27 screw-in solution that requires no installation. We understand that you would be disappointed if you were expecting a normal-size ceiling fan. We will be adding even more details and size reference images to this product. Really sorry that your order is later than expected. We have been in contact with the courier who confirmed that they have been in touch with you and planning delivery for tomorrow morning. We've had some delays from Dbn and Jhb to Cape Town due to public holiday last week. Really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

UPDATE
Upon further investigation we found that a dedicated courier driver gets registered to your estate on the system and then gets acces via finger print. Unfortunately the dedicated driver resigned and the new driver was in the process of registering for access permit. This is unfortunately where the delay came in and they did not communicate this to anyone. Once again apologies for the delay and we hope you love your new product. 🤩

Poor overall experience
It wasn't clear that the light we ordered had an unchangeable LED, meaning that we would need to replace the full pendant when the LED dies. What's more their returns policy makes it difficult to return items without making a loss. it's an outdated approach to online shopping. Also once I saw who the supplier was, I found the light online about 30% cheaper from another brand.

Dear Jess. Sorry you feel that way! "Integrated LED" generally means that its built-in during manufacturing. This specific product's LED can last between 25 000 and 50 000 hours hence the reason for it being built in. You would not need to replace the bulb for many, many years. Worst case the bulb would last you over 11 years if used daily for 6 hours. With regards to returns, we offer full refund on product cost and just not on the shipping cost as its already incurred.
