Elgar provided a top to tail service with a level of professionalism to be envied by the very best kitchen designers. Project management by Lisa and her design team under Adam were top rate. Overcoming our chosen builders incompetent handling of the installation was a major plus in a job super well done.

Huge thanks to all of the team at Elgar for the supply of both our kitchen and utility. The journey was difficult at times with a construction project underway, several lockdowns to contend with and an unexpected pregnancy on top! Both Sam and Lisa gave heaps of input and ideas and showed a real enthusiasm to make sure our kitchen was exactly what we wanted - even when dealing with the polar opposites of myself and my husband and negotiating between the two ;-)
We found the showroom excellent from the moment we visited, and nothing seemed too much trouble despite me popping in to double check and triple check various things, sorry about that! Importantly the aftercare has been great and any issues have been resolved quickly and solutions sought. So a huge thank you to all of you, it really did seem like a personal service and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your team.

After getting quotes from a number of well known kitchen firms we were still not particularly happy with the service or knowledge of the staff we were dealing with or indeed the quality of what we were seeing in showrooms. However we then went to Elgar Kitchens and what a difference, we expected the quote to be much higher but it was comparable to the other companies we had visited.
The initial advice we received from Lisa was fantastic and then our planning meetings with Sam were in a different league to anything else we had experienced. We changed our mind a few times and nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
We fitted the kitchen ourselves and as first time fitters we had quite a few queries and therefore had to ring Sam a number of times for help and advice. Again he couldn’t have been more helpful, even offering to come out to the house if needed.
The quality of the kitchen is second to none, exceptional workmanship and extremely solid compared to anything else we saw. It was also delivered ready made which saved us a lot of time when fitting.
We absolutely love our new kitchen and the improved layout, it has made such a difference to our day to day life.
A huge thank you to the whole team at Elgar Kitchens, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with you and we won’t hesitate to recommend you to everyone we know.

We are in the last throes of a new build house and asked Elgar to help with the kitchen. We are delighted with the result and can certify that they proved themselves to be thorough, prompt with the supply of information, and have always been friendly and accommodating. Fabulous, remarkable, wonderful, super and excellent are all words that don’t give enough credit to the outstanding service that we have received from start to finish from Elgar Kitchens. In our new build house the kitchen fits perfectly at the heart of our main living area. The advice we received helped us to ensure the design fitted in perfectly with the architecture of the house and has been admired by all who visit.
The Elgar Kitchens’ team have all been exceptionally helpful and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Would we recommend them to you? Yes, we absolutely would!!!!!!

5 stars are not enough to give Elgar Kitchen – can I give 10? If you are looking for a company that provides amazing first-class service, from start to finish, then look no further. I kept putting off installing a new kitchen, mainly due to the hassle, but I wish I had done it ages ago now. The service I received was A star throughout the whole project, including the after service when I was having a mild panic attack about my worktop. Adam who designed my new kitchen was brilliant and was always mindful of my budget which we adhered to for the whole project. Dan the kitchen fitter was excellent - he started on a Monday and I was making a cup of tea in my beautiful new kitchen on Thursday evening. I cannot rate both Elgar Kitchens and Dan highly enough. I would use both again without a moment’s hesitation and have recommended you to friends and family. Thank you SO much Lisa, Adam and Dan – I just love my kitchen.

I wish to thank and commend Jim who has been helping me a lot with the two kitchens that I am in the process of fitting at a HMO. Not being a carpenter or builder, knowing that he is there to help, has been invaluable.
I had trouble with a drawer on Saturday which I had jammed accidentally into the runners and within 20 minutes, jim was there helping me.
He also followed up with the manufacturer how I should take it apart. In simple conversations with him, he takes on all of the points and actions them, making my life a lot easier. He knows that I have another kitchen to purchase in the summer but on top of that, there are two more kitchens and a utility room for the future. I think he treats all his customers well whether they’ve got other kitchens in pipeline or not.

Through out the whole process from our initial contact through to completion we could not fault the guys at Elgar.
Our design had to be a little different from the norm as it had to be flood resilient.
Adam excelled on the brief, his recommendations were spot on, from the design to the appliances.
The kitchen was delivered ahead of schedule and Sam the fitter could not have been more helpful and hard working.
The kitchen is of the highest quality and was very reasonably priced .

Wow! If you want a company to deliver a quality product and experience, then you must choose Elgar Kitchens. From the moment we walked into the showroom, and met the lovely Jim, our designer and project manager, we knew we were in safe hands. This company leaves no stone unturned to solve any issues; they are completer/finishers for sure! The kitchen we chose is of high quality (we had 3 quotes from other local competitors who didn’t come close) and the fitting/electrics were superb. Jim has worked with us throughout, checking that everything was done to our expectations, and has been constantly by our side, with great support from Lisa. Dan, the fitter has been has done an excellent job, as has Darren the electrician. Overall, forget an Italian designer kitchen, and visit Elgar Kitchens - it’s a lot nearer than Milan! Thank you, Jim and everyone at Elgar Kitchens. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

From walking through the show room door to the finished kitchen and after, Lisa and the team have been exceptional. The advice and professionalism throughout the whole process made it evident that Elgar are in a league of their own. As for my kitchen well every time I walk into the room I smile no words necessary it speaks volumes. Thanks Elgar.

From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew we were in good hands. Beautifully presented, the quality kitchens are supported by a highly knowledgeable, energetic and passionate team expertly led by Lisa, yet without anyone being too intense or pushy.
We were given time and space to talk everything through, understand the options open to us, and the implications on both the design and the cost.
We ordered a full kitchen and utility, and everything was then superbly organised by James. Working to pretty tight timescales, everything arrived on time and was then expertly installed by Dan - highly recommended.
We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and utility room, and have no hesitation at all in recommending Elgar to anyone wanting a superb product, great design, brilliant installation and all at a very fair price. 10/10

We went in having a pretty good idea of what we were looking for in our new kitchen but it’s fair to say our expectations were surpassed. The Elgar team were excellent from minute one and their expertise and superb range of options ensured we ticked all the boxes we wanted whilst adding the practical and design elements we hadn’t considered. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process and love spending time in our busiest room in the house.

With such a wide range of kitchens it wasn’t difficult to find what we were looking for at Elgar Kitchens. Lisa and her team were great at getting our design ideas onto paper and no remodelling or adjustments were too much trouble. Sam came back to us with final CAD drawings and we were off. From start to
finish we were provided with second to none service. All associated trades in our kitchen remodelling were as efficient, timely and communicative as Elgar. Excellent workmanship, great quality, easy communication and great coffee on arrival
at the showroom! Would highly recommend.

From design to installation and after sales service, Jim our designer and the Elgar Kitchens team score 10 out of 10 from us! Our new kitchen was part of a remodelling of our bungalow, so was planned from drawings and in consultation with our interior designer. Of all the companies that submitted designs, and the four from whom we obtained quotes, Jim produced by far the best design, Elgar were competetive on price and the most flexible in their approach to working around our refurbishment project.

Once we'd paid our deposit Jim was happy to adapt the design as the project developed and meticulous in site visits to ensure everything would fit. Then the delays caused by lockdown were overcome as quickly as possible and with the minimum of hassle, Jim remaining in regular contact with us and going the extra mile when needed. We are delighted with the result and would wholeheartedly recommend Jim and the Elgar Kitchens team.

I have just had a new kitchen designed and supplied by Elgar Kitchens Limited and it is everything I hoped it would be and I couldn’t be happier. When I was choosing my kitchen Lisa showed me a wide range of styles, colours, doors and helped me achieve the look I wanted and was always in the end of the phone to give advice when needed. The designer Jim was meticulous in his detail, so professional and visited my home on several occasions whilst my kitchen was being fitted to make sure everything was as it should be. If you are looking for a new kitchen then look no further I can not recommend this company highly enough.

Lisa and the team at Elgar have been so patient and communicated well throughout the whole process. She was aware we had a budget and worked with us to get it around that figure. The quality of the units and the colour in the carcasses really do make a difference. My father in law installed the kitchen and the instructions and quality he also commented on. if we ever had a query the response was straight away. I was originally going to go with a large well known brand because I had a misconception of independent firms being out of my price range. I happened to come across Elgar Kitchens through a friend and for me having everything built in the Midlands and dealing with an independent firm in my price range was a no brainer. Very pleased we love our kitchen!
