We have used Elmtree several times and it is the only kennels we would consider putting our cat in. She is both shy and strong-willed but the staff are always patient with her. This time we also benefited from the driver service which we booked fairly late, but the staff were flexible and the cost reasonable, so we will certainly be using the driver service again if the timings work out.

We love looking at the other pets on Instagram and would recommend Elmtree to our friends without hesitation. The communication is good and the rooms have always looked in good quality when we have visited. Getting the cat there in a cab is an additional stressor so the driver service is a great option and our kitty suits having a chauffeur - she even got a personalised drive on the way there.

We had never used your service before so I was a little anxious. After an 11 day stay, we picked Raffa on Saturday 5th October 2024. Would he be sad and dejected? Would his tail be between his legs?

Not one bit. Our beloved Cavapoo Raffa appears to have had a wonderful time. Two days later he is still as he was when he emerged from the hotel. Super full-of-himself, super-bouncy, super-enthusiastic, super-happy, super-alert, super-refreshed, super-happy. He is overall even more super than he was before. How is that even possible?? I think he really enjoyed himself and you all did a superb job. You will definitely see us again whenever we have to travel without him. Thank you so, so much.

My German Shepherd stayed here for 10 days. Her 1st time away from us. She had a ball and was well looked after. The staff was excellent and updated us with pictures. Throughly recommend thier service. Will book with them again as I felt fully confident them looking after my fur baby.💚

My fur baby stayed at the Elmtree pet hotel for the first time this summer for just over 2wks and he will definitely be returning! Throughout my dealings with staff/reception my questions were all answered politely and promptly. When I called from my holiday to find out how my dog had settled in, everyone was so helpful and I got an update immediately. My dog looked so happy and well cared for on collection. He didn’t smell at all (presumably he’d had his complimentary bath as he’d stayed for so long!) as unlike other kennels, we didn’t need to wash him on his return. He actually cried in the car on the way home as I think he was so upset to be leaving!!!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Elmtree Pet Hotel for the incredible care they provided to my husky. From the moment we walked through the door, their professionalism and kindness stood out. The staff made sure my dog was comfortable and treated him as if he were their own. Their attention to detail and the genuine love they have for animals is clear in everything they do. I’m beyond thankful for how they went above and beyond to keep my dog happy and healthy, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care for their pets!

This is the fourth time Elmtree have looked after our dog and I couldn’t recommend higher. He is so well cared for and they administered his medication with no problems whatsoever. Love the Instragram updates to reassure us he is ok and they are so mindful that he struggles to be close to other dogs. Thanks Elmtree, he’ll be back in October :)

My Labradors love the Elmtree Luxury Pet Hotel! I have just picked them up from their second stay at the hotel and they have come home happy, healthy and wagging, just like the last time 🐶🤗 The staff are really friendly and helpful and the booking process is easy. I especially like the webcam option you get with the Country Club. Thank you Elmtree and my doggies are looking forward to their next stay 😊

I love Elmtree, both the country club and the pet hotel. My dogs are both rescues and can be a bit funny and my husband didn’t want to use kennels but ever since our first use we haven’t looked back. I can see my dogs 24/7 with their cameras in the kennels, they are well fed, exercised, socialised and loved.
I have been using Elmtree for many years and never written a review (why I don’t know!) but I highly recommend them. The staff are great, each dog is individual to them and with one of mine being nervous/aggressive I was extra nervous but she now wags her tail when she gets there and this time was wagging her tail so hard and very happy to see her friend Jade! I know leaving your dogs with strangers can be daunting, but, honestly I wouldn’t be writing this advising you too if I wasn't 100% happy

Have been using the country club
For our border terrier Woody for the past few months. We are extremely pleased with the happy, polite staff and the ease of booking and communication. Woody seems really happy to stay there and is in safe hands and cared for. Can’t recommend enough!

We dropped our Dog Buddy into Elmtree Pet Hotel for a four night stay at the end of June. It was recommended by a local dog trainer we use. Buddy is very nervous around strangers which has led to aggressive barking/growling (mainly in the home) and we were apprehensive about how his second Kennel stay would go. When we dropped him off Amy T (one of the handlers) said not to worry and that they would be best mates with Buddy by the time we collected him. When my wife went to collect Buddy Amy walked him out and Buddy was happily letting her stroke/pet him and giving affection back. Amy said it had taken her a fair amount of time to get Buddy comfortable with her and we really appreciated the work and time spent as it meant he felt more comfortable during his stay and got daily walks etc. Will definitely use Elmtree again, am super grateful to Amy T (legend) and would recommend the Pet Hotel to others.

My dog is collected and taken to the Pet Hotel. There he is looked after carefully and special requirements for medication and medical treatment is administered to him.

I have total confidence in the friendly team at Elm Tree Pet Hotel. My dog comes back looking very well.

We went on a 10 day family holiday abroad and left our dog, Milo, at Elmtree. Milo is a small rescue dog and we had never left him anywhere before so we were quite nervous. We visited Elmtree before leaving Milo and the staff could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. They listened to our concerns and made us feel comfortable enough to book him in during our time away.
The drop off was easy and seamless, and when our flight was delayed and we were unable to pick Milo up on the correct day, one text later and they accommodated us with no problems at all.
Pick up was again very easy and seamless even though Milo was so excited he wouldn't stop barking 😄😊.
We found Milo to be in good condition and spirits, he'd lost a little weight - which he needed because we clearly over treat him 😊😁.
Overall our experience with Milo's stay was a very good one, the staff were brill and we will defiantly be using Elmtree again. 👍👍

Our experience was made great by accommodating staff who were attentive to needs. Angie provides great communication on reception. Had a reassuring handover with Simon K on drop off day. Despite having stayed previously, was feeling nervous as our dog had just started wearing a buster collar previous day so timing felt unfortunate. Simon provided reassurance that all would be well and our lad was delighted to head inside. On pick up, Beth T gave a positive and informative handover; reassuring us that he’d enjoyed cuddles despite the collar of shame. Didn’t have room with camera this time as far too tempting to keep checking in but know from previous visits that rooms are regularly cleaned and outings built in throughout the day. Big shout out to the team involved on this occasion, huge thanks for taking good care of our boy. We were delighted to receive home a tired, happy, clean dog.

Lucifer stayed with Elmtree for 10days in their camered kennel. Lucifers kennel was kept immaculate, water bowl constantly clean fresh water, Lucifer is a picky eater and the staff catered to that fact by trying endless options. The staff were fantastic with Lucifer though Lucifer took a shine to Simon in particular and I viewed their interactions together with Simon laying on the kennel floor playing with Lucifer one on one. I can not recommend Elmtree enough. Fantastic staff, immaculate premises and worth every single penny, you can not put a price on peace of mind.

Our pup stayed at Elmtree Pet Hotel for the first time last week and had an amazing time. The hotel is set in beautiful, quiet woodland with an enclosed space for playing and walking. The staff were friendly and professional from start to finish and provided a caring service for our dog. We received photos and videos whenever we asked and they took time to learn her routine at home and eating schedule. Our dog clearly loved the staff and other dogs and we felt utterly reassured during her stay which helped us to enjoy our time away even more! I would highly recommend Elmtree for any dog owners looking for a hotel for their pup!
