Honestly, I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, some people are just impossible to please! Me and my family had such a lovely time. We went for Mother’s Day and had Mel as our tour guide, and she was absolutely amazing.

She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was included. We didn’t personally have a wheelchair, but there were people in our group who did, and she made accommodations for them and constantly checked in to make sure they were okay. It wasn’t just that though, she made sure no one got left behind and kept the whole group together.
On top of that, her jokes were hilarious and really made the experience even more enjoyable. You could tell she genuinely cared about everyone having a good time.

Thank you so much for such a lovely day, Mel and the crew!

Had a great time at the Emmerdale experience yesterday 11th April..
Serina was our tour guide she was very patient, knowlegeable and funny too...loved it

Unfortunately the tour was spoilt by the two girls handing out the wrist bands.
We arrived 1040 am for the 11 coach I gave the two my details and received our wrist bands, they informed me it wasn't the coach that was waiting but the next one.
As it turns out I should of checked with the drive, he was well aware of the problems these two were causing.
According to the driver the usual lady that organises the bands was off and Unfortunately for us they had the two undertrained staff who really didn't kniw what was going on. We had to wait well over an hour for the next coach at this point there was a argument that we had blue not pink wrist bands at which point after i had informed the driver we had waited over an hour he ran over to the girls. On his return he informed us to get on the coach. He explained the problem that the usual lady was off for her birthday.
Due to my life having a knee injury the waiting around in the cold made the rest of the tour difficult.
The tour itself is very good but please train your staff so they don't ruin the experience for others.

Our guide Paul was amazing. He made us laugh throughout the whole experience. I can't wait to see him as an extra in corrie. Well done.highly recommended.

Went on the tour, our guide Rob was really informative and funny. Great to see the village in real life, met Chas lovely friendly lady. Really enjoyed it.

Emmerdale look !!! in real life the police would not release a murderer out on bail on tag, it would never happen... ive never heard this is my life , your program is going downhill, everyone puts emmerdale down because its BS , bear has been released from the police station on tag, bs this would not happen...

May I suggest a Coach with a wheelchair lift is used in future to enable full time wheelchair users to access the tour. I was going as part of my 50th Birthday celebrations but can't get on the coach, or get in/out of a normal car and taxis aren't allowed. Very disappointed.

Story line with Robert’s & Aaron’s ex’s is a story line that is not Emmerdale . Why bring back Aaron’s Ex. Celia and Rays story is so predictable, really not nice characters, but like Ray falling for Laurel.

I just got back from the Emmerdale tour with Paul, and I'm still grinning from ear to ear! Paul is an absolute gem - so knowledgeable about the village, its history, and the show. He's got a wicked sense of humor and a larger-than-life personality that had us all in stitches throughout the tour. The village itself is stunning - the scenery, the sets, it's all so beautifully done. You can tell the staff are passionate about their work and genuinely love being part of the Emmerdale family. From the moment we arrived at Harewood, the organization and hospitality were top-notch. Every single member of staff we met was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Paul's passion and dedication to giving us an unforgettable experience truly made the tour special. If you're a fan of Emmerdale, you won't want to miss this! Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

The visit to Emmerdale yesterday was absolutely fantastic. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Paul, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. My son and I really enjoyed the whole experience and I would recommend to all Emmerdale fans.

We booked the tour as my birthday gift.
Paid full price to visit and greet a star £55 each plus parking.. £15 for the book so it could be signed.
I was in a wheelchair after an accident but we obliged when the tour time for 12/10/2025 was originally 11.45am moved to 10.45am.
Basically over 60 people on tour with 1 guide trying rush people through it, we were left behind no slowing down for people with disability (not just me)..
Then split in 2 groups to meet the star, we were second group in and I was amazed people who had paid just for the tour were invited in to meet the star before the £55 payers who paid for the privelage.
This was a rip off they equally had their times changed to earlier slot like us but got rewarded for free to see the star.
I would not recommend this tour to anyone, the same itv tour have coronation street one, I’ve been on that also… so organised wonderful staff amazing tour.

We went on the emmerdale experience today and had a lovely day from start to finish. Lewis was our tour guide and was only in training but he was such a brilliant person with lots of information and polite humour, very fantastic time we can’t thank Lewis enough!

Took my mam and sister for the tour. We had a fantastic day. Mark our guide was brilliant. He was so knowledgeable, very funny and made a real effort with everyone there. He answered all questions put to him and helped us all when we forget who lived where in the village. We would definitely recommend the tour if an Emmerdale fan. We had lovely sunshine which made the village look just like it does on the Tele!

Appalling customer service.
There is no phone number to call – only email – and responses take far too long, with little help offered. It would make such a difference to have proper customer support. The whole process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, leaving us with a bad experience before we’ve even attended.

Please get rid of john sugden he is a Killer he killed Nate he very bad person and he is a liar I just don’t know why Aaron married to John isn't time Aaron should get of john. Please Aaron don’t move away with John I know John will kill Aaron I just everybody knows who John who is.Please find mackenzie I know were he is he’s in the woods I know charity will very happy when Mackenzie John push Aaron off the cliff please on YouTube and you will see it. It wasn’t Robert and he was trying save Aaron from John Sugden.

I visited the Emmerdale tour a couple of weeks ago with my daughter and I would like to give a special thank you to Sue. I was a little apprehensive at first, especially given the current climate, but Sue immediately recognised this and made me feel completely welcome and at ease.

Her warmth and professionalism really enhanced our experience, and I truly appreciated the care she showed both myself and my daughter. Sue is an absolute credit to the team – we need more like her!

​We booked an Emmerdale tour for my mother's birthday, but the experience was a scam. The tour company's ran an unadvertised 10K race on the Saturday we booked and this caused major traffic delays. After staff at gate told us we'd still get on our tour and accepted fault for the delay, we felt assured. However when we reached the check-in "hut", they demanded an extra £80. I was told we had no choice but to upgrade otherwise we couldn't use our ticket to go on the tour, it was highly suspicious but we paid because we travelled so far and didn't want to disappoint my mum. The staff were rude, claiming it wasn't their fault that some runners were too slow and causing delays and we need to pay to carry on with the tour or go home. I did feel an element of discrimination in her tone. The whole day was ruined. Months later, after complaining, the company has confessed that we should have never been charged and we are due a refund. They also said that they couldn't find our £80 payment, despite sharing information from the bank on the transfer. I strongly suspect an employee pocketed the payment (no receipt was given). The promised refund has never arrived and to this day I keep chasing them. I have decided to report the company to trading standards and the police (suspected fraud by check in staff) if I don't recieve the refund by the end of the August 2025. This company is dishonest and chaotic; they are not ITV, the only work with them. Please don't waste your money.

None existent customer service i have now lost out on a booking because they'd rather post all over social media instead or replying to emails
