Excellent service. Neha totally listened to me and my body, to put together a tailor made treatment program, before rushing in with how to proceed. She was very friendly as well as being professional, which put me at ease right away.

Never having experienced acupuncture or ultrasound therapy before, I was quickly put at ease and Neha kept a constant eye on my pain threshold, to ensure I was comfortable throughout.

The exercise videos and PDF instructions were clear, concise and very useful.

After a full course of 6 treatments, my pain level has shot from 11/10 to 1/10. I'm fighting fit and am thankful to Neha for her expertise.

Neha has been great and explained what she is doing and when I had acupuncture she took her time and was very patient with me when it was painful.

The icing on the cake was the that the exercise instructions were sent to me via email. This enabled me to remember qnd carry out the exercises on a daily basis.

It was my first physio appointment with them and it was fantastic, on time, great assessment prior to treatment, clean and calm atmosphere, competent staff, all in all I was very impressed!

What a lovely young lady , she went all out to explain why my symptoms were aggressive, and was very gentle in her treatment of acupuncture, which i have never experienced..

Ruchi was exceptionally understanding and professional all through my sessions, she took her time to listen and I didn’t feel rushed. Neha , saw me a month ago for the first time and gave me some treatment for my left shoulder , arm and hand , my shoulder had been hurting and causing muscle paralysis in my hand and arm for over a year, after one session with Neha and a month of physio she assigned me with shoulder is 99 % healed, I can use my hand again, My hand is 80 % healed already. It amazing as I thought I’d be permanently disabled.She is great and very supportive and experienced. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs physio.Today’s treatment was amazing I feel totally reenergised and so grateful to know that I’ll be fully healed very soon. I really appreciate her support and work.

Neha was one of the few physiotherapists who took the time to listen to where my pain was occurring and conducted a treatment which immediately alleviated the pain and this is after multiple visits to osteopaths and other physiotherapists.

This was an early morning punctual appointment. The physiotherapist was very profession in seeking out the relevant medical information on root cause before providing the accupuncture therapy.

I felt relaxed and comfortable during the whloe session.

Amazing person and very well knowledgeable and advised me of best way to go forward and sort out the problem, was very pleased of the way Niha has used her experience and skill to help me, she was very gentle and considerate.

I met Neha today, a physiotherapist at Empire Slough who was brilliant at her job. She understood my case very well taking into consideration the chronic pain that I was suffering from a long period of time. She made realistic plan to target pain areas to help me with long lasting recovery.

Neha of Empire Physio was really good. She was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. She gave me useful exercises to do, acupuncture and use of a TENS machine. Thanks to her, I saw an improvement over the 3 sessions I had.

The Admin & bookings team were also good and I got an appointment in good time.

I would recommend Empire Physio and use their service again.
