I had an amazing experience.
After just one visit, I left feeling incredible. My practitioner, Mrs. Sagar, was absolutely brilliant—she cared for both my back and my mental health at the same time. I’m truly grateful. I haven’t felt this good in the past three years. It was genuinely life-changing.

The phone system is disappointing as I requested a call back and didn't receive one. Also, when you arrive at the Winnersh clinic the only thing that tells you that you are at the correct location is an A4 paper sheet that is stuck on the door of the Exchange Cafe. If you arrive after office hours the doors are locked, so you have to call the office, so that someone comes to let you in. All that said, my physio (Haris) was fab. Very friendly and very professional. I would thoroughly recommend.

My physiotherapist Neha was very understanding and helpful with my shoulder injury she asked a lot of questions to give me the right kind of treatment and exercises for me to do. She was always on site when I arrived for the appointments so no time wasting or delays. In all I was very happy with the service I received.

Haris was very nice and helpful with my shoulder issue. He took the time to understand the problem and gave me some really helpful advice that made a big difference. Highly recommend Haris if you're looking for a knowledgeable and supportive physiotherapist.

I had such a positive experience at Empire. Bahar was great! She was very kind and put me at ease. She explained in detail what she was doing and why and also told me what my treatment plan would be moving forward. She was extremely knowledgeable and I felt that I was in good hands.

I was greeted by Haris who was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Haris was thorough with explaining the consultation/procedure/treatment which was carried out with exceptional care. He emailed exercises I needed for my hands whilst I was present & gave me advice regarding osteoarthritis I have in my fingers/hands.
The facilities/treatment room are immaculately clean & air conditioned.
I would suggest following the parking instructions.

Haris was pleasent and informative, he gave some useful tips, my condition is not yet cured but with the physio I am doing at home and tips from Haris, I can see an improvement.

Haris made me feel comfortable from our first meeting.
When he mentioned acupuncture my heart started pounding..but they are the experts and it was honestly painless and the reasons were given for the procedure which made complete sense. Given some exercises via an email with videos to do for my homework over the next couple of weeks (much better than stick man drawings with arrows) i have been given before elsewhere.
A great 1st appt. with Haris putting me completely at ease.

Really excellent service.
I was very sceptical at first but Bahar talked me through exactly what was wrong and showed me a series of exercises to help ease my pain.
I could not have been more wrong. After the first two weeks I was no longer on strong painkillers and was just managing with ibuprofen. 4 weeks later and not totally pain free but no longer need any pain medication.
She quite literally has helped change my life around and I can’t thank her enough.
I highly recommend her!

They sent me the link to book for a session, the following day they decided to cancel my appointment without a valid reason, which doesn't make sense. They are unprofessional and selective. I could only give them 1 star, in my opinion they deserve Zero.👎

Haris was an exceptional physiotherapist, very friendly and professional. Haris is able to tailor sessions for client needs and put them first before typical recovery options. Full of knowledge and gives trusted advice on how best to cope with pain, and honest with what are the best next steps to becoming pain free.

From the point of meeting Haris on the first visit, to when the treatment was completed, my experience was excellent. Questions asked from outset to determine issue, plan of how he was gong to address issues, Exercises and explanations of benefit. Always on time.

This was my first physio and was impressed by how informative and helpful Haris with his explanations putting me completely at ease and giving me confidence.

Really friendly, Bahar informed me on what was going on and the best exercises to do. Bahar has really improved my knee pain.

I was seen each week by Haris (never underestimate the importance of being seen by the same person each week for continuity of care!) and he used various different techniques and methods whilst working on my shoulder, including manipulation, massage, ultrasound and acupuncture. The location was convenient and the opening hours were such that I could fit my appointments round my existing commitments.

Great experience! Haris was professional and attentive. He did soft tissue work and acupuncture, which really helped my upper back pain. He also shared helpful exercise videos after the session. Highly recommend!
