Have bought several outfits from this site, always true to size and great quality!

After having shopped with Empowa for a while I was sent a faulty item which they argued wasn’t faulty. I was eventually awarded a refund but due to the awful customer service, I won’t shop there again.

I bought a crochet dress a couple of weeks ago; it was worn once and washed once as per the washing instructions. The straps completely frayed to the point where they most definitely couldn’t be fastened again, and therefore the dress can’t now be worn again. I sent an email explaining this and their response was basically because it’s been worn, there’s nothing they can do about it. I’ve ordered many things from Empowa before, but this response and complete dismissal about what’s happened means I won’t order again.

Came across this site on Instagram and ordered some holidays bits, dresses arrived quickly and were perfect for what I wanted. I had so many compliments on holiday and have recommended the site to alot of my friends. I can't stop ordering bits from there. Always found the customer service to be good whenever I have emailed, response time has been quick and also have had no issues with returns / refunds.

Ordered almost £400 worth of clothes for my holiday . They arrived the day before I went away . Wasn’t happy with most of the items but couldn’t send back until I got back from holiday. Returned the items a few days out of the return policy ( they said that allow a few days over ) . Royal Mail took 4 days to deliver so they say and refused to give me a refund . Instead issued a credit note . Asked them nicely to allow a refund under the circumstances of me being away but they are having none of it and just keep sending me the 14 return policy . Couldn’t even give me it on this occasion . Pretty poor customer service .

Paid for next day delivery. Dpd hadn’t received the parcel. Customer service keep telling me the information from dpd isn’t correct and that the parcel is on its way.

Very poor quality. Returned item as it was not suitable and have been declined my refund as they said there is a dirty mark. Item was returned in perfect condition.
They’ve had the returned item for over 2 weeks and took for me to contact them before they said there was an issue.

I literally am reviewing as I found them on Instagram through ads and I was so impressed, I had to share. The quality of clothes was fantastic. The communication on instagram messages was also great. And the delivery was so quick. The standard of service was better than the big brands. So impressed and will look out for more future purchases no doubt!

Empowa is one of my absolute fave places to shop… especially for my summer wardrobe! I’ve bought a few bits from them and always receive compliments when I wear their outfits. Great quality garments and friendly customer service.

I ordered recently from this brand, everything is made in China - it still has the tags! , the quality is awful. I am extremely disappointed.

Really really disappointed with the quality of the clothes. Marketed as something it isn’t. Wouldn’t order from here again!
