Outfit looked great on then washed it after one wear and according to the washing instructions and it came out with multiple defects. Stocking coming undone and button falling off to mention a couple. Was told there is nothing that can be done. Very poor customer service and unprofessional staff

Have ordered several items over the past year . Never had an issue . All items really nice and decent quality.

Poor quality
Ordered a dress, looked nothing like advertised, quality of material was awful , so retuned the dress, to be told couldn’t have refund of sale items, if I knew this before ordering wouldn’t of ordered it, sent me email to say I could only have credit note which last for 12 months I have explained, sent emails back , they ignore me, so sent Instagram message, ignored me , I don’t want to order anymore stuff as wasn’t happy with first purchase, not happy with this as I have to buy something to then return that to get my money back
