I’m currently living in Australia and have been going through many changes and challenges while dealing with a difficult family situation.

Well I honestly dont know where to start, the team has been great specially Nita. She has been spot on with my case, during the whole court applications to attending court and after support. I had been to every authority you can imagine to get access to my children, as my ex wont let me see or talk to them at all. After long 2 years of nothing, I came across Empowerfamilylaw who helped me with court and more then that to be honest. Nita does go out of her way to help others she is absolute wonderful and I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed at all. She is definitely God sent.

The personable yet professional way in which Nita and her team have engaged with me has been an exemplary and given me the hope and additional endurance to approach the family courts with confidence and also assert much needed boundaries. I did not have children to become a single parent and this journey has been made more difficult by not only the lack of care from the other parent but also the lack of support from the courts. I absolutely recommend EFL to anyone that is wanting help and guidance regarding family matters. At the end of last year my child decided they no longer wanted contact with their father. My ex and I had previously been in a domestic violence relationship and I was lost as I didn't know what I would need to do etc and spoke to various solicitors etc where it felt very money orientated. I then found Nita at EFL, she seemed to genuinely care about my situation. I knew straight away that EFL was company that I wanted to use. Nita and the EFL team guided me through everything, what forms needed to be summitted, and we were communicating constantly. Whenever I had a question or something happened, Nita was there to guide me on what to do next. When it got to the point that we were having to attend court, my anxiety was through the roof because I was terrified to be around this person (respondent) but Nita came to court with me as my Mackenzie Friend and having her sat beside me gave me the courage and strength to get my reasons over to the magistrates. With each hearing Nita was by my side and my confidence grew because I knew she was there for support as well as legal guidance. I have recent had my final hearing and we got everything we needed to make sure my child was kept safe. I will be forever grateful to EFL and especially Nita for all their help.

This firm has been working for me getting a non molestation order on my ex. They have been extremely supportive and helpful and I would recommend them. If you need help because they will be there for you all the way through this.
