Fact Find Hearing 2 day Trial

After months of panic, being let down from other solicitor firms, dealing with Court & Cafcass alone left me feeling exhausted, helpless and traumatised.

Having recieved help from Nita previously who understood the dynamics of my Asian culture what i had gone through, and was still going through.

The pressures I'd suffered for many years because i am Asian, pressures i had from family, friends, and my community to ending matters with court because being involved in this court process was bringing shame to my family.

Being silenced for so long left me feeling broken, without hope.

Matters of court had dragged though Family Court by this time for almost 2 and a half years at this stage and finally a 2 day fact find hearing was listed.
I decided there was noway i was going to back down, and let myself and my child continue to accept further abuse. I attended court for a 2 day fact find hearing.

I booked to take Nita with me, Nita prepared me for this 2 day trial.
Nita was absolutely brilliant from the very start when, i spoke to her till the very end.
With the guidance and help of Nita in this 2 day trial, i was now able to successfully express my concerns and safeguard my child from my abusive ex partner and truely show him who he really was!

Being able to get help again from Nita for the 2day hearing was the biggest sense of relief,
Nita helped me turn around the injustice, Empowerd me to speak for my own rights not only as a human being with rights but as a Asian British female who has always been silenced by everyone due to cultural pressures.

Having suffered years of abuse, being silenced by not only my own family, friends but my community and on top of that being failed not only by the Criminal justice system (due to no fault of my own), but now subjected to further abuse my ex partner used Family Courts and Cafcass.

Previously, having self representing i was in a mess not knowing legal stuff, and felt bullied by the Family Court with having to agree to things in the court, being bullied by Cafcass Which at every stage went against me.

Nita helped me fix this, providing me the emotional support and knowledge that gave me hope and strength that there was light at the end of the tunnel for me and my child.

Nita worked so hard with my case, she was so reassuring, patient, efficient and professional all the way through. Nita was always 2 steps ahead and Empowerd me to stay focused to get though this, even when i was so anxious.

The 2 day trial went successful decisions looked very different now compared to what they had looked like before. All this was down to the hard work of Nita who Empowerd me throughout, had i not had Nita the results would have been far different.

I am so greaful Nita is a God send and that i came across EFL and will forever be greatful to Nita and her team for all the help and hard work, the confidence i have gained, not only through this court procedure but now in my life.

This band of women are Like fairy Godmothers. They managed to have my Rumpelstilstskun x who refuses to leave - a regular screaming Eagle of a man child to be removed from the house. This company is amazing . Honestly . You may go on trust pilot and only see a couple of review BUT DO NOT BE fooled they are AMAZING . There work is top tier. They are better than solicitors and deal with the emotional side and the practical side and the legal side of litigation . Which is what I find crucial . Nita drafted my statement for a non-mol ( I was the apparent perpetrator) after meeting with nita and discussing we completely managed to display the accurate narrative and the judge was very much on my side . I think a lot of it came down to nitas amazing writing skills and aswell and her excellent mediation skills . She guided me and like another customer said she literally held my hand at every step of the way . And don’t forget Ruth - the firms trusted counsellor, I been in touch with her online as it comes with the service and she really helped me mentally whilst going through that terrible ordeal, I feel renewed after the WhatsApp calls with her and contact with nita . I can finally move on with my life and focus on ME ! honestly lF in need to family law help then go FOR IT . They are amazing !!
