This company is one of the worst operators I've ever dealt with. I was suss at the start but went through with the 30kw battery with 0% finance.
The install left me with the only thing working was the washing machine. How handy eh ! Also a massive pile of rubbish left and no ones collecting it.
Cannot ring them , they don't respond to emails and now I cancelled the finance so they won't get paid.
They are milking aussie tax payers blind.

Signed up & paid a deposit for a solar battery installation in November 2025 with promises of installation pre Christmas or early in the New Year. Having heard nothing by the end of January I started calling for an update. Then ensued over 12 phone calls where I was promised return calls from either the phone operator the "Install Team" or the accounts area. I didn't receive one call back until the final call in March 2026 where I was able to cancel the order & arrange refund of my deposit. I was promised a quick turnaround had my deposit held for 3+ months & in the end received nothing. Incredibly I received another call today asking if I'd like to sign up again as rebates were changing.
I'd advise anyone considering this business to be very wary. I do live in a country area so perhaps a better service is provided in the city areas but I was told my location was no issue.

My experience was very good.
They were clear on their instructions that guided me through the process.
Their manners were polite.
They had to ring me back twice as it wasn’t a convenient time for me and they were punctual both times .
Overall I certainly will be dealing with them again .

I was very sceptical at the start but as the discussion progressed I became aware I was eligible for $200.00 off my power bill so I decided to give it a go

Having checked the new account details I now understand I had been setup as a new account at an incorrect address and meter number, so not what I thought originally

Was contacted by an incredibly patient and polite man who was so helpful in explaining my options to switch providers. There was no pressure, no “sell”, just an offer to work through the options in the AEI. It was an easy experience and I would highly recommend this as one simple quick and effective way of comparing energy options. I was super impressed by the politeness and courtesy shown by the couple of people I spoke to in the process.

I was contacted by Mark and offered fantastic rates and even a welcome credit from the energy provider. It sounded all too good to be true, except they stand by what they offer and the entire process was very easy and they offered far better rates than anything I could find. I highly recommend this company for a hassle free, great service, excellent products from mainstream retailers at unbelievable prices!

Was informed of my options by a lovely young man who was very helpful, very caring and polite. He guided me through what I needed to do to activate my choice, in a very respectful manner.
