It was a good experience. They gave me a better deal for electricity from my current provider. I guess time will tell as I have not received a bill as yet. But for now

Came out on time to replace the 2 shower heads, all good there, however they were to add 2 covers for the exhaust fans and 2 door seals still haven't arrived for those

Great incentive, need to think outside box to assist
I really like how they organise everything quickly and are making many things in the house so much more efficient saving on energy costs. The marking down was they would not replace the 2 shower heads without taking the old ones. As Zi am renting I cannot allow them yo take old ones incase landlord wants them back, the original application of details asked if I was renting. The other is they said would replace seals of 2 doors leading to outside. The repair man said because had sponge seals that had dried and come off in most parts they cannot replace seals as they because they do mot remove the seals that are on there. So had a cover in 1 veil exhaust put on and energy app monitoring energy use and cost live from meterboc.

Very flexible staff
I had scheduled this call with Australian Energy Initiative a few weeks back but I keep getting busy so it's great that they pushed on until we could do a good time. After that it was very quick, within 30 mins switching was complete.

A good experience
I had a good experience with this company. The guys on the phone were patient and helpful and gave me a better deal for electricity and gas from my current provider.
I can recommend them. The process did not take long at all.
