Sam explained that he could help me get cheaper electricity and gas than Lumo, which I had been meaning to do myself.
He found a few cheaper options for me, I chose an Australian owned company. Hopefully my bills will be a lot cheaper.

I will come back after 3 months with a follow up review about the cost.
Turns out, they are linked to Lumo anyway and my bills are cheaper than what they could offer me, so I stayed with Lumo. Looking forward to the day we get free electricity. God knows we all have paid enough to last two lifetimes.

I’m always nervous about unsolicited phone calls and would normally not sign up immediately but the service was easy, the sign up was simple and I’m getting double the solar payback as with my previous supplier. I guess it pays to swap supplier

Really simple and easy!
I received a phone call, completed the online form, and saved on my monthly bills. I also received $400 in credit towards my gas and electricity.

They first put me with Alinta energy which was a good deal, then they rang me 2 months later and said they had a better deal which actually turned out to be far more expensive, a month later ( just recently) contacted me again and said they had found a better deal but it works out about 2cents better, they failed to pass on my pension card details to Alinta which has cost us $161 in pension rebates, the whole thing has been a debarctle, do not trust them do your own research

The installer did not tighten the shower head properly so water shoots out in the wrong direction because it doesn't seal.
